�خ�M Ộωйєя� Group: Admin Posts: 2,012 Member No.: 1 Joined: 24-February 06	Well I wanna know what everyones best 100m is?? My best was set at the end of 2004 at little athletics where i ran a 14.56sec and i was 12.I havent run a proper 100m since then but i predict maybe 13 high for me now. Any one else got a PB? --------------------
