Tasiilaq, Formerly Greenland
This small town is completely untouched by the nuclear disaster, save for a few burnt buildings. However, the migration of continents have created it to be snowy all year 'round' the population was nearly 2,000 before the war, and remains almost that same number now. It is a quiet town, nestled with an amazing view.
