Inhabited Areas
Though desolate at first glance, the vast lands of the desert are overflowing with life both above and below ground. From ruins of past cities nourished and cultivated, to the endless dunes of the Sahara. Though dry and arid from the unforgiving sun, these lands still harbor the necessary life-sustaining materials needed by all the strong willed desert creatures that live there.

Inhabited Areas
Barren and bitter lands scarce with diversity, the flat frozen lands of the north may intimidate larger animals, whose girth and diet limit them from survival here. But some smaller creatures and wandering nomads have been able to maintain life on the lands limited resources. Trees and larger flora cannot grow in such a climate, so only smaller bushes and mosses dot the landscape. The water supply is scarce, though slushy swamplands in the summertime and the immense amount of migrating birds and insects provides enough nourishment for the local fauna to get by. Small villages and portable dwellings may be the closest thing to home you find here.

Inhabited Areas
The more temperate climate of the forests provides great living conditions for most species both plant and animal. Moderately moist weather year round makes growth easy for a great variety in flora like trees, bushes, shrubs, and mosses. Numerous animals may live in the forests ranging from the small chipmunks to the larger bears and moose. Resources are readily available here and water is plentiful from streams and rivers, so is easy for communities to develop and grow successfully. Larger urbanization is possible by forest areas.

Inhabited Areas
Open and fresh, the grassy ecosystem of the Savannahs is a great place to live as a larger roaming animal or a swift predator. The weather is predictable, usually only rainy one season. Climate may shift from that of a prairie to an arid desert depending on the time of year. Urbanization is not as plentiful as it is in other places, but smaller communities, towns, and villages are all around, usually by the streams and rivers flowing through the plains. Conditions may not be harsh but it takes a strong spirit to survive here in one piece.

Inhabited Areas
A sub-tropical climate with vast trees expand as far as the eye can see and beyond with no signs of ending. Half of the year is spent with a 'dry' season, having the characteristics of normal forests but with more foliage and wild-life. The other half of the year, almost all of that half is spent with rain almost consantly deluging the rainforest, to the point where the entire forest to the point where the entire forest loses its floor beneath anywhere from few to several feet of water. It takes specially adapted residents to live here, for the atmosphere is very damp and humid. There are all sorts of dwellings here from small cities to tree houses to even cave homes.

Inhabited Areas
It takes limber and nimble legs to traverse the steep cliffs and smooth glacial valleys of the northern mountains. Ample amounts of rainwater gathers at the mountains bases quenching the thirst of nearby townsfolk or the common lost adventurer. The higher elevations experience a constant chill from the winds gusting annually, and the highest peaks are even capped with ice. Weather is calmer and more moderate though down by the bases. Plant life is existent but spread out due to spots of rocky soil, but in general, agriculture is booming. Generations of families procure their wealth from farming in the valleys, and the richer lands are sometimes violently fought over.
