(OOC: Because I haven't posted anything in a while. >.<)

Shokujo stepped into the clean halls of Konoha Academy. So this is the place where we graduated, huh? He walked around the floors, trying to remember if he had been 3D or 1A. He clearly remembered having been in both of those rooms, but he was unsure which was his homeroom teacher. Standing on his tiptoes, he peered into 3D. He hastily ducked and started running away, at the site of some old, balding lady. A hag, if you will. Jeezes, when did she get there?!! Walking at a fast pace, he went to his room, where he had learned nearly nothing. He looked inside, confirmed the teacher, and stickied a note saying DO NOT ENTER: The Teacher has had a bean and cheese burrito, and is feeling extremely toxic/gassy He then quickly ran away, snickering. Well, he had done his one good deed of the day.

Well this has proven to be a rather disappointing day. thought Hito. After his encounter with the explosive shinobi he hadn't managed to find anyone or anything worth playing with. Just wait a little longer. This seems to be some type of training facility. Probably this villages academy. There's bound to be someone here. Shukaku replied. Hmm, I suppose. Strolling around somewhat lazily Hito noticed a boy about his age come bursting out of the building. See, I told you we would find someone. Walking over to the boy and quickening his pace Hito called out, "Hello over there, are you a Genin per chance?"

((OOC: Sorry...short post...time))

Looking up sharply, he noticed a boy looking at him. However, inside, he felt his bugs starting to wig out. Hmm...probably something odd about his chakra... Walking closer, he nodded. "However, I'm planning on taking the Chuunin exams soon. You?" As he approached, the Kikkaichu started buzzing even more wildly. Keep calm.. "Hmm...I haven't seen you around here....where you from?"

"I'm here from Suna on...vacation I suppose." Hito replied. As he said this he began to raise his left hand, bringing some of the sand seeping out of the gourd with it. Hold on a moment, if you just flat out attack him now this could be over in a few seconds. It would more fun to actually battle this kid first. Then we could kill him. Oh, fine. I guess it would be better that way. I wish we could stay here for more than day though. This village seems so peaceful, it would be fun to destroy that.... "I'm actually looking for a sparring partner. Someone who can show me what it's like to fight against a leaf ninja. Would you mind?" he asked.

Shokujo was instantly made alert by the movement of the sand. Hmm...I've only heard that the wielder of the Ichibi no Shukaku was able to do that...this should be interesting... He let out a small sigh, and nodded. "Sure I'll be your sparring partner....Jinchuuriki...Although I can't guarantee the best fight...in fact, it might be rather a pathetic fight, but a fight nonetheless. He let out a wry smile, sure that the stories of the bloodthirsty Shukaku were true, but it meant a HUGE amount of chakra to drain...all the better for him. Hefting the jar onto his shoulder, he popped off the top, and started turning it in his hands.

Upon hearing the word Jinchuuriki Hito's face tightened only for a second before returning to his calm somewhat bored look. Well, he certainly seems to know alot. Hito thought dryly. Yes, also I sense millions of little chakra sources moving throughout his body and a very concentrated amount coming from within that jar. I wonder what type of jutsu he uses? You don't know? Most of my dealings with Konoha ninja have ended rather quickly except for my encounters with the Uchiha and Senju. I didn't really care enough much to pay attention to anyone else. Shruggin his shoulders at Shukaku's last remark Hito now turned his full attention to his "sparring" partner. "My name's Hito by the way." and as he said this Hito brought the sand snaking from his gourd so that it floated loosely but alertly around him.

"Shokujo," Shokujo replied curtly. Upon seeing the sand, he nodded, his suspicion confirmed by the change in expression. Pocketing the jar top, he pulled his staff from behind the jar. Wielding it in his left hand, he turned sharply watching the sand float back and forth. He can keep that up forever...better finish this as fast as possible... Charging forward, he pole-vaulted over Hito, and whilst upside-down, he let out a current of bugs, maybe a third of the ones in his jar. Landing, the rest of his jar out, one from behind him, and one to the left. As his jar emptied, he started extracting the ones in his body, having them buzz wildly about him. "Let's try that for starters, hm?" Shokujo said, as the bugs turned his exposed body parts black.

"I don't think I remember asking for your name, I just thought it would be polite to tell you mine." Saying this the sand flew up around bashing the bugs away at times and merely crushing them to pulp at others. His bug manipulation is almost identical to our sand, how could you have missed something like this? Hito asked, internally. Probably 'cause it's too much damn fun fighting someone like this! replied Shukaku, bringing Hito's blood to a boil with excitement. Sabaku Kyuu! raising his hand up Hito began snaking the sand up around the Shokujo's legs.

((OOC: Wait...I'm confused, did you like...swing a thicket of sand in a circle, or...like...encase yourself in an expanding dome??))

OOC: The part about the sand countering the bugs is just that whenever they got close some of the sand popped in front and either blocked them or crushed them. Sabaku Kyuu is the set up for the Desert Funeral. It basically just starts to cocoon you in sand.

((OOC: A'ight, just wondering about the bugs.))

Let's see on how many things he can concentrate on at once, Shokujo thought wryly, as he felt his legs slowly get encased in sand. Using his staff once again, he pulled against the sand slowly wrapping around his legs, while forcing it down with his staff. Harnessing the bugs that were still left from the initial attack, he slowly increased the movement towards the air, and as their buzz grew louder and louder, Shokujo continued pushing away the sand. The bugs already around his hands, he slid into the sand, as they fed off the chakra filled sand.

((OOC: I'm just assuming that because the Shukaku has a near limitless amount of chakra, it's using its chakra to manipulate the sand...))

OOC: Yeah, that's how the sand shield can be used without the user's awareness.

Hm, tiresome little insects. Thought Hito in what was the equivalent of a mental grunt of disgust. Watching as the boy tried to push the sand down using his hands and staff Hito only forced it to fly up around his legs faster. Between Hito pressing it onward (not too hard so as to savor the fun of it) and Shokujo's attempts to push it down Hito was able to maintain a thick current of sand reaching just below Shokujo's knee caps. Just sitting here is going to bore me to death. and at this thought both Shukaku and Hito activated their chakras in unison, Sabaku Sousou! Clenching his fist Hito brought all the sand around Shokujo's legs crushing inward while at the same time Shukaku annihilated all the bugs that had been attacking, allowing their dead bodies to fall from the sand in clouds. Bleh! Those things tasted awful.

"AH! Goddammit!" Shokujo let out a feral cry, as his legs were crushed with the force of the sand. Shit...this totally immobilizes me...and with only 1/3 of my body with bugs left...I'm running out of options...that damn sad... Shokujo slowly pushed himself up using the staff as support. Propping himself up, Shokujo glared at Hito, and then proceeded to cough violently. "Hmm...seems like this chakra drain isn't effecting you...well then, let's try this." Tilting the staff slightly, so he could balance with it between his armpits, he formed a few seals, and then looked at Hito. Mushi Kabe no Jutsu. Hmm...with that little space...and the concentration so thick...it should give me some time.

Continuing to crush the boys legs Hito gave a sort of quiet chuckle. Well, his technique may be similar to ours, but it's not even close to as good. What are these bugs even supposed to do? Actually they are somehow draining my chakra but it's not enough to even bat at eyelash at. Whatever. If they can't kill they're useless. Why would a ninja use something that can't kill his enemies. This kind of stuff is just plain boring. As this inner conversation went on Hito noticed the bugs had formed up a large wall around Shokujo and were pushing the sand away from him. Pushing harder Hito crushed some bugs while he battered away others, the sand flying up and attacking at anything that strayed too close. "Hito! Stop!" someone shouted from behind the two genin.
"Hm?" looking back Hito saw one of his teachers running towards them frantically. "Well it looks like playtime is over for me. I'm sure that guy will try to tell me to stop and the Kazekage might get upset if I kill another one of his aids. See you later, luck depending." As he said this Hito allowed the sand to fall away form the boys legs before he turned and began walking away with the man who had called for him.

OOC: I've got to interject here on a few points.

1. Shukaku has the chakra of 4 people. Not nearly infinite.
2. If the bugs ate away at the chakra in the sand, you wouldn't be able to use Sabaku Sousou since when you use that, that's YOUR chakra. Not Shukaku's.
