Rules for members:
1.) No spamming: This means no posting of any one word, emoticons, actions (i.e.~sigh~), or anything similar to the above. Anything off topic will be listed under spamming.

~3rd Offense-Indefinite Suspension
~4th Offense-Banned

2.)Grammar and spelling: At Shattered Souls we try to promote the best grammar within the online community (Just joking). We know that spelling isn't every body’s thing, but we recommend you try your best when spelling, and posting. We don't want to see any of this:

"todai i wnt 2 teh f00d m4rk3t nad buaght s0m gr0sri3s"

If I or any of the other admins catch anything like this we will recommend you to a grammar counselor. jking, but do try your best to spell, and make sure your grammar is right. If you are still ahvaing trouble open up word and type what you want there, and then do spell check, and then post it here.

3.) Advertising your site: Only advertise your site in the Advertise forum please. If you’re new we don't want to see your only post in this forum because if we do it'll be deleted. And last but not least we don't want to see the intro forum turn into a random discussion about your damn underwear. If this occurs it will be listed under spam and will be deleted. And absolutely no links to porno sites. Cause if this happens your ad will be deleted and you will be suspended or banned.

4.) Flaming: When posting in an online community don't, and I repeat, DON'T curse someone out or insult someone for having a different opinion than you, or telling someone they suck or putting another member down about something. If you want to do that take it to AIM, PM, or whatever. Just don't do it here. We try to promote good "sportsmanship" as you say.

~2nd Offense: Indefinite Suspension
~3rd Offense: Banned

5.)Don't E-mail admins whenever the board is down or has an error because ten times out of ten we already know about it, and are trying to correct the problem ASAP.

6.) No double posting/bumping: Just because someone doesn't post in your topic right away doesn't mean know one is gonna post. Wait a minimum of 24 hours before posting, if know one has posted in your topic. Someone will. If you do this you'll definitely attract some attention, but not in a good way.
~1st Offense: Warning
~2nd Offense: Warning and warn level up
~3rd Offense: Timed Suspension and warn level up
~4th+ Offense: Indefinite Suspension and level up

7.) Cursing: Please keep cursing to a minimum. there are people here under the age of 15. I don't want to have to edit someone's profile so it will have to avoid a specific forum because I do have the power to do so. I don't believe that to be fair to everyone here. So please, and I repeat again, PLEEAASSE keep cursing to the bear minimum, and if you can't respect this rule there are consequences:
~1st Offense: Warning
~2nd Offense: Timed Suspension
~3rd Offense: Timed Suspension
~4th+ Offense: Indefinite Suspension

8.) You have a certain area to work with for your signature. Use common sense when posting an image. Don't have anything that stretches out the board. Also don't post provocative images in your signature. If this happens more than once there will be a permanent removal of your signature. I hope that doesn't bother anybody.

9.) Rules are subject to change. As admin of these forums we hold the right to change the rules whenever we see fit to keep the forums a good place to visit. Thank you come again
