There sems to be a current set of rules about for this period called "under the lily banner" by Hilton. Anybody seen it?

For my James II army, I plan to do foot units of base size as for 25mm FoG with 3 figs to a base and units of 4, 6 or 8 bases. The horse will be 2 figs to a base with units of 2, 4 or 6 bases. The approx scale here is a base to 150 men.
I think I will put some pike into most units and give each a command/standard as I'll be representing 1690ish. Dixon seem to do good figures as do foundry and reiver, and some ecw types will still be suitable.
