I mean, I'm happy that we can get our hands on subbed musical material, but some of the translations are sloppy, typos are constant, and VHS quality is only so good. and what frustrated me even more is that the only musical with decent translations and is of DVD quality is one of my least-favorite musicals. Shin Kaguya Shima Densetsu. no offense meant to anyone who loves that musical, but I didn't like how they made a remake of yet ANOTHER past famous musical. honestly, the only reason I can FORCE myself to enjoy it is because of the actors playing Uranus and Neptune (who, in my opinion, rank up with Nao & Yuhka and Sanae and Hiroko). and being a Venus fan, the actor playing her didn't impress me very much (no offense meant to any Erica fans). what MAINLY leads me to say this is her performance of Traditional the Grace (in the Kaiteiban fankan). her voice was kinda shaky (I blame the choreography, though) and it got lost easily when the others joined in. phew... glad I got that out of my system. Aino Ayu forever!!!! EDIT here's a vid of the UraNep actors I talked about. DIAL-UP USERS BEWARE!!! http://youtube.com/watch?v=8nhFpt0AUPg pure awesomness. @Moonstar, though she wasn't as good as Ono Hikari, the actress playing Uranus also played an excellent Starmaker. ;)
