I was also looking at RuneCrypt's shoutbox, and I found that it was hosted by MKPortal. I think it's all free and RuneCrypt uses it. We wouldn't be breaking a copyright either, and lots of other forums use it too. What do you guys think? Note: Don't make an account there, I will, I just want your opinion.

You guys are stupid. You thinks its $19.95 a month? Firstly MkPortal is free and they are not a webhost. You need your own host. You download the software and install it with PHPbb, MyBB, SMF, IPB, or VBulletin. Oh and I saved this page because I think this will make a great joke on MkPortals forums.
Oh an Invisionfree boards and Invision Power Board are the same thing! Invision Power Services made both. Invision Power Services or IPS made a free version of Invision Power Board for beta testing in 2003 which was version 1.3.1. InvisionFree was created after IPS decided to make IPB (Invision Power Board) a product that you had to purchase a yearly license. Invisionfree hosts free 1.3.1 IPB's free. If you still have the 1.3.1 on your hdd (hard disk drive) then you will see that just like the new versions of IPB it runs on mods. Though for security reasons Invisionfree had to take out the mod feature and only allow you to insert html/javascript NOT RAW CODE!
Mkportal will not work with InvisionFree you need to be running IPB or any other forum software it supports on your own server (aka host).
