I prefer RPG's to most, and if it has online support it's all the better.
EDIT: Ambrosia have made some great games, my favorite of theirs being SketchFighter 4000 Alpha. Anyone else play it? -------------------- When shines a light, a shadow is cast.

Hi Silverwind,
Well I’m a big RPG player and did play a LOT of computer games in my youth. Something that I came across was Exalted. Like all RPG’s I was a newbe, and have to say reluctant to start something new (previously a BIG AD&D fan and the new system), but I have to say I really liked the system. There are a few ways to start, our DM had us as mortals first before exalting, which I have to say was great role-playing and very enjoyable. It helped the players to get to grips with the system. I brush over most of the system, just let me say, becoming a GOD in the game was just great. Knowing if you went against an army, you had to pity the army. You should check it out some time. The Unlucky Fool Never argue with a fool. People might not know the difference. |

Ah yes, paper RPGs. Not even the best of computer games can compete with their open ended game play. (though WoW comes pretty darn close!) I'll have to branch out a bit one of these days, as currently AD&D 2nd Edition is the only paper RPG I've played. Of course what's great about AD&D is that due to the immense versatility of character design it almost feels like a new game when a new party is rolled up.

If only players were willing to role up new characters more often instead of falling in love with
their old characters. Sometimes you've got to let go guys. I loved the original Myth, not quite so keen on the second version though the graphics were pretty good. The multiplayer option was the best fun, nothing like outwitting an old friend on the field of battle! |

I play mostly RPG games like KoL (Kingdom of Loathing) and Lords of Lords (google those too and make an account). I also play PS3 and PS2.

hi silver, I also like SketchFighter a lot, I i know you from the ASW boards. I also like EV Override a bit, (although trying to make a plug is hard) and I also like some of the games on those online Minigame websites.
