Offices, Gah, how boring...

Entering, the two find themselves in the small space below the ledge in the hallway off to the side of the offices themselves.

Austin turns right and climbs up the ledge. As he gets to his feet, he is quickly knocked back down off the ledge by the elephant, who smashes the window here and swings its trunk through it. (Austin -11).

Max pulls Austin up to his feet at the bottom below the ledge. He looks for any alternative ways to get up that arent guarded by elephants.

Other than running back out onto the concourse and heading for the front entrance of the offices, climbing up the ledge'd be the only way.

The elephant seems to have pulled back from the window in the meanwhile.

"stay here champ, il scout ahead."

Max begins to climb the ledge, staying low- not risking a look out the window, Max decided it'd be easier to just presume he was there...

Max climbs up onto the ledge while Austin remains down below. The short hallway to the left led into the exterior office if he recalled correctly.

The elephant swings its trunk through the hole in the wall where the window formerly was, though fails to hit Max.

Running past the window whilst the elephant redraws, Max shouts back to Austin, "Stay away from anything the elephant could smash through!" as he makes his way through the hallway to the exterior office.

Heading through the door, Max finds himself in the exterior office. One of the doors to the interior office is just ahead to the right and the exterior office itself also continues to lead on past that and around a corner to the right ahead, where Max can recall there being another door into the interior office as well as the front door out of the office building and back onto the concourse.

The sound of the elephant stamping outside the building can be heard.

Heading through, Max can see the door to the Owner's Office to the right and the other door between the interior and exterior offices to the left.

Max heads for the door to the Owner's Office, wary of any kind of elephants lying in ambush. He also checks where Austin was, he was getting beaten by an old man!

Austin had apparently remained out in the hallway with the ledge. Regardless, Max heads on through to the Owner's Office.

Max has left the Offices towards the Owner's Office

Leaving the owner's office, Max is glad that he isnt instantly eaten by an elephant, and looks around for austin- patting his pockets, as he had already forgotten where he put the key.

Enter Area 10AP

[Bern]

Entering the inner section of the area, Max can see Austin standing by the door to the left.

"Find anything?"

"a lion key, thats about it- know where the door for it is?"

Max fidgets around uneasily at the thought ambushing elephants...

[Bern]

"Huh? Oh, that's the key for the door to the Service Road, we can find that on the South Concourse."

Austin turns back towards the door and slowly opens it before readying his rifle.

"It's still outside the building... Need to be careful where we tread."

"ah like the good old days... we best get going to the south concourse then."

Following Austin, Max wishes he just locked himself in the tower- he was getting too old for this shit.

[Bern]

Austin steps out through the door and creeps quietly towards the left, through the door to the hallway with the locker and ledge.

As Max moves to follow however, the elephant's trunk smashes through the window across from the interior office door, swinging around and knocking Max to the floor. (Max -10).

Smacked backwards, Max awkwardly lands on the floor. Taking his time to get up, Max clutches his chest as he stumbles forward a little, then regains his balance. He'd stay away from as many windows as he possibly could from now on...

Austin grabs Max by the arm after the old man has gotten to his feet and pulls him through the doorway to the hallway with the ledge. The elephant swings its trunk once more but succeeds in hitting nothing. It roars thunderously again before backing out away from the second window it had broken.

"thanks for the save- i tried opening that locker before but it was locked, is it yours?"
