After the initial planning and finalized location, you might consider using this for some of the scenarios:

how about a thursday i have pt on monday and wednesday.

Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays are the best for me; after 18:00 on Tuesdays and Fridays; after 22:00 on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

I'm giving away a really good tip here....
An outdoor event like this should be planned on a full moon (most night light), closest to the solstice (most daylight), and before any major holiday. Best time, I'd wager, is June 1-3... Full moon is on June 4th, summer solstice is on June 20 - it's also about a month away from July 4. You should be able to plan a damn good night game without anyone having to use flashlights. -------------------- |
