Hey everyone...I don't know if you guys remember me. But I am moving from Hawaii but at first I was going to Reno but we have decided on Fernley. So can anyone tell me if there are teams out in Fernley or around the area. I would appreciate any info. Thanks

I don't think so. Fernley is only 30 minutes east of Reno. One of our fields (derby/newlands) is actually at the half way point between Fernley and Reno. :)

half the problem, is there seems to be several splintered airsoft cells that seem to refuse to associate with other cells. my personal wish is that all players can unify so as for 30 players to play at one location instead of 5 separate games. but that kind of agreement might only be in my dreams. my dreams also include room for all teams, cells and players. there seems to be more than one forum in the reno area. the other forums seem to be that of an exclusive club, invite only - see what i mean about refuse to play with others.

Hey Fritz, do you have a link to that other cell? I never have known of any other forums around here except for the old Apoc one.

Most People who live in Fernly travel to Fallon or the Reno area everyday You'll get used to the commute. I don't know if you moved yet but Fernly is mainly truckstops and houseing. There is a major paintball field fifteen minutes outside of Fernly, but places to play airsoft are few to slim in that area. Derby is propably the closeses then Lake LAUGHTON/ Silver Springs

Sounds like some of the splintered cells are further fractured. Ernie and some of the other guys are starting a new team that is not so uptight as others we have dealt with. It may be possible to arrange something. The kids (who are Former DSA) in Steve's actually expressed interest in a "monster game" with lots of turn out.
I will make that my summer goal.....To co-ordinate a game without defference to team......Old apoc members; RATT. whoever man.....There's some sunday players too who I've seen around......This could be accomplished through some old fashioned promotion!
