Mew found it! Although he used the clue topic (http://z11.invisionfree.com/RealityRevolution/index.php?showtopic=5330) that I made because I was getting impatient since no one ever found this. Well, Scyther did. But that doesn't count.

I suppose the next person who finds this (if anyone ever does) will get +200 PCP.
