Title: Paradox100 Returns

Paradox100 - March 14, 2010 07:59 PM (GMT)
I left RR some time ago, but I truly left Friday morning. I would've left RR know beforehand, but I had to go on a short notice.

Well, I bet you're wondering where I silently disappeared to. It was to an animé convention: MegaCon.

It was a little less than three day trip, and the farthest and longest I've been away from my mother. It was held in a city that was about four or five hours away from the leaving point. I only went on the second day, and right now, a little more than half the party is at Islands of Adventure/Universal Studios, while I am in front of my computer, reporting to RR.

The convention itself was pretty fun, and although we only took about three pictures of cosplays, it was still kind of fun to watch the kinds of things they come up with. They didn't only cosplay as animé characters or movie characters. Somebody even went as far as cosplaying as a faced pocky O_o. We mostly just walked around and gazed at the comical cosplays and the merchandise. At one point we ate pizza, and at another my ___ won a miniature video game tournament. Nice guy let me have some pocky =D (don't worry about it too much, he was a (potentially famous) voice actor).

We didn't buy anything, but the only things I actually wanted were an Arceus plush doll, a 1-up mushroom, and a T-shirt that said "Old School Gamer".

You, an old school gamer?

It's more likely than I think, but then again, my opinion doesn't matter because I suck at Touhou games.

Anime conventions aren't exactly my kind of thing, but I'm glad you had a good time :D

Who was the voice actor? :o If it was LK, I'ma get all jealous.

Arceus plush doll sounds cool

@Furret: Why yes I am. If I wasn't, I probably wouldn't be interested in getting a working Sega Saturn, Game Boy Light, or [regular] Game Boy.

@Pory: Darrel Guilbeau.

Porygon - March 14, 2010 08:38 PM (GMT)
Never heard of him.

Paradox100 - March 20, 2010 02:03 AM (GMT)
You have now.

Porygon - March 20, 2010 02:44 AM (GMT)
I guess I have.

you would be more jealous if it was Egoraptor?

(@RR)

You may have noticed that I haven't posted in a while. That's because I'm using the computer less often (duh). I am now committing myself more to my video games than to RR. Don't worry, I'll still post occasionally, and I wont be permanently gone.

Due to this change, I will take no further part in RR's Untitled Story, or read any other story. As for my story, I may still continue it, but at a very slow rate.

Some things will stay static from the past, however.

I will continue my quest for a working Sega Saturn (as well as post updates every time something significant happens, even after that).
I will continue to watch AVGN.
I will continue to chat on AIM (less frequently, obviosuly) with those who wish to.
I will continue to pretend to be immature (albeit less now).
I will continue to (attempt to) collect Puyo games.
I will continue to work on my Puyo Puyo Fever PC mod.
I will continue to work on my Metroid Zero Mission hack (I may or may not have released it's existence to RR a long time ago).
I will commit to redoing my Puyo Pop GBA run that was never posted on youtube.
I will continue making Pokémon Blue Glitched videos.
I have obtained the official versions of Pokémon Heartgold and SoulSilver.
I will continue to be an old school gamer.
I may continue the Pokémon Infection RPG.
I will never forget y'all ;).

Cookie if you noticed the edit.

No more RRUS? D:
And Furret's story has lost its only other reader? D:
Oh well... As long as you're still here and posting occasionally, I guess that's alright.
However, I do request that you read RRUS when we finish it.

I was thinking about it. I probably will.

Good. I'd hate for the story to only ever be enjoyed by 2-3 people max. Now it's at least 3-4 people >_<
