Port Mercer began as a quaint, bustling port on the east coast of Georgia... quaint, besides its tendency to attract the wrong kind of attention. It was common knowledge that the docks, along with various establishments downtown, were infested with pirates. But something drove them out of their safe harbour and the town was left to languish for nearly a century, something the few townsfolk that remembered did not speak of.

Most from the neighbouring cities were still afraid to settle there, even with the pirates long gone. Then came the civil war, bringing it back to life- at a price. The town's strange reputation resurfaced once more, however this time it was from the talk of ghosts instead.

But prosperity was not to shine over Port Mercer forever. It was eventually overshadowed by the neighbouring town of Savannah, and fell into obscurity once more.

About You: Gavin Forbes is part Native American. Yeah, you don’t really get that by looking at him, he knows. And he rather prefer to keep it that way. Something about having to be some righteous, stoic Indian really doesn’t fall into Gavins category of life. Life? That’s where you fool around all the time, shift from here to there and just live it. Who cares if you barely have enough money to pay the rent, the clothes on your back. Back at the reservation they teach you how to live on coffee beans and corn and that’s just fine with him. Arrogant, self righteous, a pain… Those would all be words to describe Gavin. But who knows…Maybe he’ll surprise you.
