Scarlett Hart died on Jan 19 2009, by 'animal attack'.
The Police arrived at the scene 6 hours after the incident had happened. When first looking at the victims employment status, they just assumed that it was just another prostitute murder. But with further investigation and a biopsy they noticed the strange marking or bite marks on her neck. They have no other evidence to accuse any of the citizens of a murder, and are for now leaving it as an animal attack.

In addition to the new Stoneridge Institute of Art and Design, a Henri Bendel, Louis Vuitton, Chintz & Co., Sportchek, Hobby and Figure, Dior Homme, Barney's New York, and Victoria's Secret have popped up in uptown. Merteuil Luxury Apartments has begun taking offers as well.
