 The basis of society lies here. It is the rules that keep you a free man, the standards to keep the city safe and welcoming for all.the rules1. Avatars are mandatory and up to 170x170 pixels in size.
2. There must be a link to your application in the homepage section of your profile.
3. Only be out of character in the appropriate boards, if you want to comment in your rp post, either have it in brackets or start with "OOC".
4. No powerplaying (controlling other user's character's actions), and deaths that are not suicides require the permission of both/all the parties involved.
5. Only use sims you have made yourself or sims that someone especially made for you and can't be used by anyone else for rp or mass-downloaded (sharing thread on this forum is the only exception).
6. After registering, please follow the instructions in this thread for everyone's convinience.
7. Don't rp in netspeak/really bad grammar unless it fits your character and what they are doing (describing text messages or IMs).
8. Be courteous and don't harass other members through the cbox, posts or PM.
9. You CANNOT post anywhere in someone else's house besides the outside thread unless they personally ask you to.
10. Don't directly link to other rp sites in the cbox, if someone asks for the URL to one send it by PM. We prefer if you don't openly advertise on the forum, we will set up a separate thread for it on the forum later on.
11. Normal humans have no powers whatsoever. As in not a werewolf, ghost or vampire. You may acquire trinkets with actual powers if you run into the town's local witch.
12. No arson or extensive damage of any buildings unless you talk with mods first, or the said building is your own house. Your characters are more than free to try, but there are consquences.
