Port Mercer began as a quaint, bustling port on the east coast of Georgia... quaint, besides its tendency to attract the wrong kind of attention. It was common knowledge that the docks, along with various establishments downtown, were infested with pirates. But something drove them out of their safe harbour and the town was left to languish for nearly a century, something the few townsfolk that remembered did not speak of.

Most from the neighbouring cities were still afraid to settle there, even with the pirates long gone. Then came the civil war, bringing it back to life- at a price. The town's strange reputation resurfaced once more, however this time it was from the talk of ghosts instead.

But prosperity was not to shine over Port Mercer forever. It was eventually overshadowed by the neighbouring town of Savannah, and fell into obscurity once more.

The Miranda Belle house is the most colorful home in all of Port Mercer. Bubblegum pink and full of life. A home that has been admired by tourists for generations but is rarely occupied due to it's loud coloring and the rumors...

A beautiful reconstructed family home. All the gated yardspace for safe childrens play and that classic charm so many historic homes possess. Though this house is told to be very flammable.

This charming house often goes ignored for unknown reason. Not often mentioned during tours of Downtown makes it a great place for the reserved, peaceful sort.

. The Winters-Ivy House
Cost: $17,200
An exquisite and unique home nonetheless. Created and used as an in-home flower shop in the early 1900's. It's personality and grace outweigh the chance of sniffles from any allergies you may have.

. The Swan House
Cost: $18,000
The Swan House is an original from the rest. Though it stands lovely and strong, seemingly perfect it has never been inhabited. One of the only homes you will find that doesn't have a backstory. It's just waiting for it's owner to come along.

. The Barrick House
Owned by: Wade Barrick III and Libby Barrick
The home of soldiers, some would say. The original owner was a Colonel who was highly religious. Some even said on Sundays it seemed to glow a little blue.

. The Marilyn House
Cost: $22,000
The Marilyn House is one of the most expensive on the market and if you have seen the landmass of it you can understand why. It is so adored by Port Mercer citizens that even the Mayor claimed it as his own once.

A large and colorful home with unique designs for it's location and a charm that draws people to it, that is unless they are local and know the beast behind the beauty.

. The Azure House
Cost: $17,100
Rich and attractive home for the person who wants to be right in the center of all the bustle of town. Also one of the most secure homes in all of Port Mercer, a security system far advanced for the houses structure itself.
