So this is it, Lucie thought as she lazily looked up at the bright sign above her head. Dull florescent lights in her eyes, low buzzing in her ears, grainy tiles beneath her sneakers. Port Mercer. It was precisely 2:00am and after going through transit in Atlanta most of the people who had gotten on in Trondheim were gone. Now it was just her and no more than five other sleepy passengers. Lucie was walking pretty slowly down the hall, but she wasn't tired, just didn't have anyone waiting for her. And there probably wasn't anything to do in town at this time of night though. Might as well head for the hotel, she thought while walking out through the large glass doors.
