here's my thoughts:
It needs to have darker lines so we can see the picture. Shading or some sort of color would also make the picture stand out more. I like the style and it looks great! I'd also like the borders to be a little bit more solid and for some of it to be cleaned up a little bit. With a little time and creativity this work of art can easily become great. I like this picture from what I can see a lot! it looks like you spent a long time drawing it! I like the ideas of competitions in this forum as long as they are friendly.

1. Great Drawing +1
2. The picture is straight +1
3. The eyes look great +1
4. Character has a personality +1
5. Picture needs cleaning -.5

Total: 3.5/5

One you get it scanned in and cleaned up and darker in color to where we can see the full picture I'd give it a 5/5... Just because it's hard to see and seems unfinished...

I have to give it this kind of critique because it is a competition. Still better than the manga I can draw ^^ Most of my manga is like well, a 1/5 if I am lucky.

its not unfinshed im not re scanning it in becuase from home i can see it perfectly and to shade it darker would ruin it and also colouring it would make it rubbish

Hmm... This is going to be hard.... Matty's second one actually look's like Shikamaru, though Yukino's look's exactly like Shikamaru too. But yukino's is a bit chibified so it's kind of hard. Hmm.... I'm going to have to say that Yukino's is better. Though yours is also very good too Matty.

I would have to say Matty since his looks like the real Shikamaru(not saying Yukino's isn't).

I like them both though. (Don't hatez me. D:)

I liked both of them, but I thought Yukino's stood out a little more and was colored. I thought Matty's though looked a little more realistic, but then Again yukino's looked a little more chibi. I think that this one is definitly a good match.... Hmmm.... I'm going to go with Yukino's thought Matties was also very good. This is a competition and I believe that Both were good entries, but Yukinos won only by a little bit. I don't know, they both were good.... Hmmm... I'm still, well.... I'll go with Yukino's drawing.... Matty's drawing is excellent though... Both are excellent...

I'll go with Yukino's because she drew a chibi form that match the chibi style, but Matty's looked more like the real person. They both look like you spent a lot of time drawing them and they are both good quality art. So no one get angry now.

:D [COLOR=purple] Ok here's my opinion.... I think that Yukino's is like Kickass then um yea lol it's more colors and it's pretty ^-^.... minimatty you need to make it darker, and like add colors and whatnot. But I have to say Yukino's drawing is just better! ^_^
