So we need a wipe to update and fix the var save bugs. (Its a bug where everyone can save and a var isn't saved, so they can abuse like RPPs to get infinite level boosts etc.)

The update also comes with some more fix etc.

Since I still have alot planned to this wipe, event wise, I don't want to re-start into something boring like it always do, so I am going to make a timeskip of 50 years. I will explain what will happen...

Tomorrow we will have an event that will be ultra important and will be like the "Last episode of an anime's saga." I won't spoil what I have in mind about the event. But after that, there will be a timeskip of 50 years, and the actual wipe's prologue, and what happened midwipe will be keept as a prologue to that timeskip.

So, basically the generations of trainers will have changed, new kids being trainers but some old dramas are going to be revived. Like the sealed giant pokemon in the GS and misteries going on about the professors and Team rocket, well secrets of the past generations will start to get awaken in this year 52. And a new era will start. The focus on this wipe is surelly going to be diffrent then the simple "low wipe storyline" we have on usual starts of wipes. The league have became alot more famous in all this 50 years, and pokemon training became alot more like a sport, and going into the league was dreams of most kids of the new era. Also there are still some survivors, most of the oldmans are on another region, stuck into their houses eating tea, some are dead and others are still around, carrying alot of secrets and ancient objects that brings alot of secrets about the GS ball and the giant sealed pokemon.


Every player files will be erased, and pokemons, and levels, its a WIPE. But the story will be keept. Your character indeed existed 50 years ago, what happend to him in this meanwhile is up to you (make sure to get rid of your character, and not bring him to the lights, like saying he became the lol pokemon master. Cuz it will be lol declined. ) You can keep playing your char if you want, but make sure to make a post here telling us who is your char. YES if you keep your char and play as an oldman, you will have to get a new team of pokemons. You can't keep your pikachus, rares or whatever.
Oldmans will keep their IC memory, and will get a random starterball. (Only the ones that apply here.)

Situations: If you are a rank, and want to keep your char as an oldman, you can keep your rank too.

If you wan't to be a grandson of your char, you are free to it, but make sure you can't remember anything that happend in the past, and NO. Your char haven't told you everything about the past. (Only a few things) <-- this situation you must keep the family name.

Are you a donator? since we ended the wipe before year 3. You can get your donator stuffs back. Being a oldman or not. But your pokemon and stuffs will surelly be lvl 1, the same way you gained them. AND you can't change your OORs.

Everyone can make a background telling us what happend to your character in the 50 years.
But make sure to type it at the story part of the forums, make sure to don't place your character into a global storyline position, like the destroyer of a city, leader of team rocket, rank(without admin authorisation) and stuffs like E4, and league champion. But make a background simply to explain and make a story to your char/family. (not everyone needs to make a background, its optional.)

And once you apply here to keep your char as an oldman, tell your char's name. the ranks you got, and if your character have any relation to the global story, tell a summary here about this relation.

History: Pretty much living the Professor Oak lifestyle. I was a pretty decent trainer, I WAS going to get the badges and beat the league, average trainer stuff, if we finished it. From Pallet, as well, even though I'm applying for professor in a different town. A few memories of events like Onix attacking Pewter, Shane and Magmortar attacking Cerulean, the Giant Snorlax, start of the league, similar things. I was kinda hoping to get a level 1 version of one of my pokemon this wipe but I understand what we're doing and why that's not happening.
If I don't get professor, I'm not RPing as an old man and you can throw this out.
