Here you can post your favorite random word, preferably one that is uncommon. Post the word, the definition, and why you like it.

My favorite random word is 'lackadaisical', meaning 'lethargic' or 'lazy' or 'without interest'. I like it because it sounds like 'lacking daisies' and it's fun to say.

Many (about an estimated 70%) people like using cheating/hacking devices such as the Gameshark or Action Replay to do whatever they want illegally. Imagine this: Blissey versus a Tank Kyogre. Who would win? Kyogre can't OHKO Blissey, and Blissey can three- or four-hit-KO Kyogre while self-healing with Softboiled.

Now picture Choice Band Salamence versus Rain Dance boosted Palkia. Sure, Palkia is fast and powerful - but Salamence (with the right EVs in Attack and Speed) is better. It could OHKO Palkia with ease by using Outrage or possibly even Dragon Claw.
