[Dark Charizard]

After I won the gym battle, I won not only money and the badge, but also a Pokémon. I felt that luck was on my side and this day was lovely to walk around in a forest.

But back in Emerald City, I've heard rumors about a group of Tropius' that is eating large parts of this forest and it bothered me. Why would a Pokémon group like these do that? But I had a feeling that other Pokémon would be in danger of being stomped on or almost eaten themselves. Yuck...

I had my shiny Eevee, Happa, walk besides me through the forest as I was happy having her beside me. "Hey, Happa. If you evolve today in this forest, I'd be so happy for you" I said cheerfully, as I pet Happa. "Ueee~!" Happa replied as I saw a big smile on her face.

You are walking with your shiny eevee in the beginning part of the forest when you suddenly hear something scream. You haven no idea what is going on and you start running to the sound. You and Happa come across a fork in the road and notice that there is something moving on the right of the road near a lake.

You hear something moving on the left of you but its in the deeper part of hte forest. You wonder where the scream came from and who was screaming. Happa is suddenly very tense and seems serious as you look at the usual happy go lucky pokemon. You now have a choice to make on whether to go to the lake or to go in to the forest.

As you are about to make the decision, you hear another scream, but this time you find out which way it came from. ITS COMING FROM THE DEEP PART OF THE FOREST!!! As you hear the scream coming from the forest, you see a :tropius: run from behind you and run to that direction as though it was going to aid someone. Now you know that there is something going on with the tropius on the left, but hear something rustling more on the left.

((They're not? They're loaded for me O_o))

I stared out into the distance from where the scream came from, as I squinted my eyes in seriousness about what is going on. It did really sound like someone was in danger. 'I have a feeling it's the Tropius gang that's causing trouble...' I thought.

I picked up Happa to hold her in my arms as I noticed she got very tense and I tried to calm her down. Then I noticed the Tropius that was rushing against us and into the deeper parts of the forest to the left. "Woah, what is going on here anyways?" I asked.

But if there was someone in danger at that direction, the one screaming can get severly harmed or something, so I ran to the left to find the source of where the noises are from.

As you walked deeper in to the forest while following the Tropius, you notice there is a storm right around the forest, but what is weired is the forest is only in the center part of the forest. As you are walking closer, you see the Tropius stop abruptly and than uses a magical leaf. But, than the pokemon is struck and falls on its back. You are amazed at how fast the pokemon fell and than you notice a two pokemon fighting and a few tropius beaten down.

As you get closer, Happa starts to get more tense until you see a few more pokemon fighting and than you realize a huge battle is occuring in the central forest. There are people with swords fighting and pokemon are attacking as trainers are giving commands. As you look over you recognize a :shinyarcanine: fighting a :shinypikachu: when you see two figures fighting near the pokemon. ITS ASH!! Suddenly, you see the other person fighting him has a jacket with a button down shirt and T-shirt inside while wearing Jeans and boots. They are exchanging hits left and right.

Ash looks over and than hits the kid and begins running to you. Ash says, "Riona, come on we have to get out of here." The other kid grabs him as he is running and clashes a sword with him. "You are not getting him Ash!"
"That is not for you to decide Gabriel!"
"Yes it is I am your older brother! nad I am better than you!"
Gabe hits ash and than knees him and starts running towards you. THe :shinypikachu: volt tackles the arcanine and the pokemon falls down. As Ash's brother nears you, Happa seems like it wants to fight. Gabriel nears you as Ash gets back up and so does Arcanine.
Gabriel says, "Its nice to finally meet you Riona, now, come with me."

((Oooh the old times, lol. I've missed this))

I could feel Happa struggling as she tried to get out of my arms, but I held her back as I didn't want her to get hurt. "Happa, calm down!" I said calmly. I stared at Gabriel. That guy... why is he after me all the time?

I couldn't hold back Happa anymore as I lost the grip of her and I watched as she seemed to protect me from Gabriel. I got scared that Happa might not be able to beat the guy. As I heard Gabriel's request for me to follow him, I snapped. "No way I will follow you" I hissed.

(Yeah, I figured i would pick up where we left off on this. Except now i am a better writer so this should hopeflly more fun lol)

Gabriel had a look on his face and than suddenly he struck with a sword in his right arm. He turned and saw Ash holding the sword and than two more trainers appeared next to him. They suddenly drew swords and jumped him. Gabriel moved quickly but as he moved the sword came out of his arm and now he was wounded. As he moved he back kicked Ash and now he was all the way across the field. You had to get to Ash before Gabriel got to you. You start running to Ash as the two trainers take out pokeballs and throw them. out comes a :kabuto: and a :sneasel: The two trainers and pokemon begin their attack on Gabriel nad his pikachu.

Pikachu quickly dodges as Gabriel looks at him and says, "Go with Zulo slash now!" The pikachu suddenly used double team and surrounded the two pokemon while Gabriel fought and kicked one trainer out of the way. The pikachu than used thunder and knocked both pokemon down, but they were not out. He slashed the other in the arm and started running after you. As you were running to ash the arcanine came to your side and was protecting you as you ran by it. You could tell it was going to face Gabriel. As you turn, you see Arcanine fall as the pikachu is right behind you as well! The other trainers are now catching up and slow Gabriel down, but now for long. He decks one with a strong punch and than drop kicks the otehr as pikachu is still in hot pursuit.

Than, as pikachu is about to get to you, Happa reaches out to grab on to pikachu. Suddenly, a net comes out of nowhere and hits pikachu. The little pokemon is trapped! YOu finally reach Ash who hugs you hard. "thank goodness you are safe. Get behind me." He pushes you behind him as another trainer walks to the field. The two other pokemon have recovered from the confusion and lightening. However, Gabriel broke pikachu's prison only to be caught by a grappling hook on his right arm. Than two other grappling hooks hit his left arm and right leg. He suddenly fell. It seems now pikachu was cornered by Arcanine, kabuto, and sneasel while Gabriel was disabled.

Ash was walking over and said, "That is checkmate my little brother. looks you failed in trying to capture Riona." Suddenly Ash waved a hand and Gabriel stood up because the hooks put him in place. Gabriel looked up with eyes that were dark and held nothing inside them. Ash screamed, "Hit him up!" Suddenly Gabriel was shocked throughout his body. Ash turned to you, "Riona are you okay? I hope he didnt hurt you. Let's get out of here. My men will take care of him." As you were about to leave, Gabriel looked up.
"Whats the matter too scared to finish off your older brother." Ash stopped and turned. He took out his sword again and started walking to him.

As I watched Ash walk towards his brother, I suddenly felt my face go cold and pale as if all blood was drained away. At first, I thought I was becoming sick but something told me otherwise. I looked at Happa as I tried to get some comfort by just knowing she was nearby.

But the horrible feeling wasn't released. Until it hit me. Even though I didn't trust other humans, I did trust Ash. But this scene when he was walking towards Gabriel with a sword scared me so much I could even feel my soul tremble.

'No... this is wrong. He might be after me, but he doesn't deserve to die because of that. He hasn't hurt me..... yet' I thought. I felt my legs shake but I tried to walk and run to Ash as I grabbed his arm. "Stop it! Lets just run away from here, it will be more dangerous if we stay here" I sobbed.

Even though I felt all sad outwards, I was serious inwards.

Ash looked at you as he stopped walking to Gabriel and than looked at his brother. He stopped walking and than came back over to you. He stopped and said, "He will not stop hunting you until he gets you. This man has every intention of hurting you and you just want to let him go. But, I respect your decision and i will not kill him." He came closer to you and suddenly Happa became extremely tense. Ash looked down at the pokemon.

Ash said, " I wonder what is wrong with this little pokemon. Alright lets leave"
"you are not going anywhere brother." Ash turned to laugh at his brother when he saw what was going on. Gabriel was using his might to get two pokeballs. He grabs two pokeballs and it is now in his hand! Ash screamed, "SHOCK HIM!!" But It was too late, Gabriel used all his strength and threw the pokeballs in the air.

Out came :shinyscizor: and :gallade:. Gabriel was suddenly shocked, but than he sreamed, "Leaf BLade and x Scissor" Than, all three hooks were broken by the two pokemon and Gabriel was free once more. He got up and grabbed his two swords and began fighting against the trainers again.
"Gallade. use leaf blade and than Psycho Cut and Scizor use a X Scissor and than a Night Slash." Gallade's leaf blade hit Kabuto right on the mark as Scizor's X-Scissor hit Sneasel and the pokemon flew back. Arcanine used a flamethrower, but pikachu was threw itself right in front and you thought the pokemon was gone. Than there is a light and a volt tackle nails arcanine for the third time.

Gabriel cut one of the trainers on the leg and while he was kneeling he rolled over him and cut another trainer in the arm nad than took out a syringe and stuck it in him. The trainer suddenly fell and than he caught another trainers sword and hit his left leg. As he fell Gabe got behind him and than dislocated tha trainer's arm with back of the sword and than dislocated the other arm. He knocked the traiener down and as the leg cut traienr was getting up, he cut the other leg and he fell again. NOw gabriel was looking at you. But Ash would not have this. "Arcanine take him!!" Arcanine charged Gabriel, but he quickly dodged the pokemon and hit it in a random spot which caused Arcanine to collapse. How did he know about that spot? Than he took out a pokeball, but it looked different. "Go recovery ball!!" The ball opened up and Gabriel caught Arcanine. Now Gabriel returned gallade and it was his two pokemon left with the other two and Ash. THe other trainers were unable to continue fighting.

Ash stood still as you were trying to make him wake away. This was bad now, Ash was staring at Gabe who came back from the dead. Gabe looked at him and said, "Did you honestly think you were going to keep Arcanine from me?"

I had a bad feeling about this... a really bad feeling. As I saw the bloody scene when Gabriel hurt the other trainers, it was like he would do that to me too. But I shook my head.. I couldn't allow that. I held on to Ash as I was scared, but then I looked at Happa. She was a brave Pokémon for being so small, and I admired that.

But I had a feeling that Happa wouldn't be able to stand against two strong Pokémon like Gallade and Scizor. It was more likely Guardian's task to bring these two down, but I only wanted to use my Pokémon in an emergency.

Ash slowly walked over and said, "well at least i am able to achieve my objects bro. You have been failing since birth nad you are not going to get any better." Ash took out his sword and charged Gabriel who already caught his hit. They started fighting with great speed and as they were fighting Gariel screamed to scizor and pikachu, "Make suren othing happens to Riona, Protect her!" The two pokemon rush over to you, but they turn to protect you!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

After sometime of fighting, you could tell that Gabe had the upper hand. Ash swung low, but Gabe caught the hit and than he knocked Ash right in the stomach. Ash was suddenly open for an attack and Gabe took the chance. He piereced Ash's right arm and than Ash was filled with screaming, while gabe took the other sword and pierced the other arm. Ash fell to the ground in pain and he watched as Gabe was over him.

Ash said, "so this is how it ends." Gabe suddenly put both swords away and said, "This is how the round ends. You know i can't kill you Ash or anyone for that matter." Gabe started slowly walking to you and suddenly the pikachu was hppy to see its trainer was alive. It jumped on his shoulder and stood there happily. Gabriel walked up to you and said, "please come with me. If you dont than there will be dire consequences."

I looked at Scizor and Pikachu with wide eyes as I heard that Gabriel ordered them to protect me. Protect... from what? I had a bad feeling about thewhole situation so I picked up Happa and held her in my arms. I just stared at the battle between Ash and Gabriel.

As I watched Ash fall, I got afraid and wanted to run over to him but I couldn't when I saw Gabriel. I just looked at him when he asked me to follow him again, and I was confused. "What... why? Aren't you going to harm me?" I asked him.

Gabriel started laughing from the statement you made and the pikachu saw happa and became filled with glee as it liked your pokemon. Gabriel looked at pikachu and said, "hey, knucklehead cut it out." He bonked pikachu on the head and the pikachu became a little disappointed but than happiness returned in an instnat. Gabriel said, "why would i hurt you?" He put his hand out to happa nad pet the little pokemon.

Happa liked it and jumped out of your arms and was down near Gabriel's legs rubbing up against him. "whats this little fellows name?" Just as he was saying that Ash took out a grappling hook and was preparing to shoot it at Gabriel. Happa saw it coming and rushed past Gabriel and knocked the weapon out of Ash's hands. The little pokemon suddenly began growling with fury at Ash!!!. Happa came back over quickly and jumped in your arms.

".. Do you mean that Ash is the enemy?" I asked confused. As soon as I watched Gabriel pet Happa, I had a feeling he wasn't evil at all. I didn't understand it at all but I smiled as I tried to forget the event.

"Her name is Happa. I want her to evolve to a Leafeon, and I have heard that somewhere in this forest she can evolve" I explained. I hugged Happa and then I noticed Pikachu as I carefully pet it on its head.

Gabriel agreed and saw that pikachu loved being pet. Suddenly, there were explosions and than Gabe's phone started ringing. He picked up the phone. He sad, "Yeah, what? Okay fall back and circle around Celebi and make sure that it does not get captured." Gabriel turned off his phone and looked at Scizor. They nodded and Gabriel returned scizor. Pikachu got back up on Gabe's shoulder.

Gabriel looked at you and said, "I just got news that more of the trainers are coming. Its now or never Riona. You can stay here and help Ash out or come with me, but the choice is entirely up to you. I can't hold off this many trainers. If you and happa want to come with us than join us, but if you dont than stay here, but i need an answer now."

Gabriel looked behind him and saw that there were some pokemon coming out of the tree lining and could not tell that they were there yet. Gabe let his hand out and waited for your answer.

I looked away, eyes closed and I was angry. Angry that I couldn't trust my own will. I backed away a bit, slowly opening my eyes. I stared at the boring, plain ground as thoughts was getting through my head. Then I noticed that Happa walked towards me and bit my pants as she pulled me. There was someting she wanted to tell me, I was certain about it.

I remember.. these moments I spent with Ash. He was so nice to me and I trusted him. He protected me from harm and I helped him. But.. now he didn't care to protect me but to defeat Gabriel. Gabriel ordered his Pokémon to protect me and Happa from any possible harm, which I hoped Ash would do. It never happened...

Maybe I was wrong in trusting Ash. Maybe he's not the good guy I thought he was. Even Happa didn't like him, and when my Pokémon don't like someone, I won't like them either. And I was happy when Gabriel's Pikachu accepted me when I patted it.

Maybe I just found a reason to help others. I just found a friend I could trust. "I'll follow you, Gabriel" I said with a smile and grabbed his hand. It wasn't so scary as I thought it would be.
