The thick powder cast by bulbasaur was flung backwards into the tunnel. Unfortunately, the lack of air movement caused the powder to simply fall over the area behind you. However, the flame thrower had more effect. Slamming into the pokemon and toppling to backwards, the unknown attacker quick;y scuttled off in the direction it came from. Do you follow?

King looked at his pokemon and they looked back, he spoke softly and calmly. "Would you two like to follow it?" He watched and waited for their replies.

Ivy and Ty glanced at each other, trying to figure out if it were in fact a wise choice to follow the mysterious opponent deeper into the cave. Ivy, for one, appeared a little nervous and wasn't to sure about continuing onwards. Ty seemed more than willing to keep on moving, and hoped that the female Bulbasaur would come along as well.

"Bulba..." Ivy replied, her eyes revealing an uneasy feeling within her. She turned to King, wondering if he could possibly return her to her Pokeball until they figured out just what this opponent was. Yet, if that were not an option, she would travel alongside Ty in order to find out what was attacking them for no good reason at all.

King pulled the pokeball from his pocket and let her return. "Good girl Ivy, Elvolt, come on out!" He placed the pokeball in it's pouch and pulled another one releasing Elekid. He nodded to Elvolt and they all started walking after the opponent then into a run.

After taking a few steps into the cave, it seemed as though you were alone. That was until you felt an unusual pinch in your leg. Ty was quick to launch a Flamethrower in feat, revealing a big Kingler :kingler: with a baby Krabby :krabby:. Kingler looked very angry that you had made your way into the cave, but Krabby seemed playful, smiling towards Ty and ElVolt. Kingler held out its claw and pushed Krabby back. It stepped forward, growled and prepared to attack.

"Gookii," it uttered in anger.

[KingAsh]

King looked to the crab type pokemon and then to his own pokemon. He spoke calmly. "We aren't here to hurt you Kingler, we just were following the cave. We mean no harm, we wont harm your baby. Ty, Elvolt, be nice and don't attack unless Kingler attacks." Ty and Elvolt chirped happily in agreement.

[~Midnight Lugia~]

The young Krabby managed to come out and pass along that if Ty and Elvolt were returned to their respective Poké Balls, then there would be no fighting. Looking at Kingler, this would probably be a good idea since the large crab probably packed quite a punch. Of course, Kingler could simply ignore Krabby and outright attack King just for being there. Because of this, there was also a risk in returning Ty and Elvolt.

King looked at them knelt down and spoke softly to them. "Okay, guys. I'm gunna return you to your pokeballs. If anything goes wrong I'll be sure to bring you right back out, that alright?" They nodded and King stood up and returned them to their little houses. He looked at the Kingler and waited.

You and Kingler merely stood. The situation was similar to one of those 'old-westy-movie' stances. You keep eye contact and so did Kingler. Neither of you made any sudden moves. Even a tumbleweed blew past.

...

Hours had passed. There had been no change. The sky was getting darker and the glows of the nocturnal Pokemon were beginning to illuminate the water. Something had to happen. You couldn't possibly stand by the water, staring, all night.

King walked up the kingler and knelt down and held out his hand which had some pokefood in it. He then held out his other hand with some smaller pokefood for the kraby.
