Emily walked into the store, grabbing a cart and humming softly to herself as she walked down the aisles, looking at all the products, thinking about what she should make for dinner. She finally settled on pasta and grabbed the nearest box of spaghetti and wandered off in search of other supplies for the rest of the week, carrots, milk, a bottle of Pepsi. She softly started to sing, sighing to herself. 'This is going to be an adventure for me, for sure.'

The cashier said, that'll be $4, since everything here is only a doller a peice. Think of it as the doller tree, with just a different name. She laughed good naturadly and rung theitems up, placing them in bags.

Emily smiled and said to the cashier Wow, I think I like this place already. She pulled out her wallet and and paid, and was about to leave, until she turned around ask as the cashier Do you know anywhere where a lot of people tend to go? I'm new here and I'd love to meet some new people.

Well, seeing as this place is the heart of horse country, they tend to stay around stables and sale barns and such. The cashier smiled at her. What she said was true.

Emily smiled and nodded her head. Well, that doesn't surprise me, that's one of the reasons I moved here, the horses. Thanks for the help, I'l check out the stables. Oh, and are there any good nature trails to ride on around?" Emily asked, smiling. She didn't want to seem like an annoying tourist, but she was curious and the lady seemed nice.

SHe nodded and said, theres excellant trails in the woods. It's exellant, and there are over 40 different trails. Before my mare died of colic, We would ride there everyday, the horses enjoy it as much, if not more, than the humans.Ever since my mare died, I havent riden or even touched a horse, it just hurts too much. Do you own a horse?. She smiled weakly.

Oh! That's awesome! The trails I mean, not your horse. I'm so sorry. Yeah, I own a horse, Summers Lullaby, but I call her Maggie. I really am sorry, I know how hard it is to lose someone you love. She smiled back and walked over to the Cashier, her face filled with sympathy.
