SoS is a non-raiding guild and it was difficult to even get enough guild members together to do instances.

4. What is your raiding experience? Go back as far as you like, anything from pre-BC to current.
I have been to Karazhan a few times.

5. Our 25-man raid times tend to fall into the following slots: Tues 6-9p ST, Thurs 6-9p ST, Sun 5-9p ST. When are you typically online? Does your availability match up with these times?
I am around evenings after 8p ST (after the kids are in bed) and daytime when the kids are in school.

6. What do you like/dislike about raiding? Do you have any specific goals you're looking to work toward?
I dislike the time commitments (hard for me to be here for raiding times) but I do like how a group of individuals become a mighty force when they work together. My goal is to become a tank, one of the best there is.

7. What do you see as the role of your chosen class/spec in raids? Be as specific as you can.
I see my role as the one taking the punishment and fending off the blades and attacks from our enemies so that the rest of the squad/team/raid can be safe.


8. In your opinion, what are the most desirable qualities for a raider?
Patience, understanding and commitment

9. Have you raided or done similar endgame content in other MMOs? If so, which ones?
EverQuest

10. Do you have any problems using Ventrilo (either listening or talking)? Do you have a working headset/microphone?
No problems with Vent, but the kids mangled the microphone to my headset. It works but not very well.

11. Do you have any recurring lag, connectivity, or frame drop issues while playing?
My router resets every night at 8:44p ST. I can't figure out why and the phone company thinks I am crazy.

12. Are you okay with running required guild addons (Omen, DBM/Bigwigs, Pally Power, etc.)?
I have no qualms.

13. Do you know any members of Phoenix Edge that would vouch for you? Any references from outside of guild?
None in Phoenix Edge, but ask: Rebeka, Melph, Quenya, Mythan

14. Have you read our "Raiding and You" post linked above, and do you agree with the raid mentality it suggests?
I have and I do.
