Looks like they changed the default WOTLK template to something about being a Turkish internet bully who messes sites from his parents' attic. None of the actual files or modules seem to be gone, but you'll have to reload the template into the site in place of the crap they put in. Their makeshift frontpage can be seen using "Edit HTML" in the Template Editor. If you replace that with the source code from the template, or just re-install it (if you had another method) then we should be good.
