The following ranks will be implemented very soon. In the mean time, please enjoy the random titles given to our members, including "ZomgBBQ" and "Wafflesauce". happy.gif

* * * * *

Note - All guild members are expected to perform the duties of their rank, as well as adhere to the standards of that rank and all ranks below.

Guild Master - Andelane
The founder of the guild. Handles the social aspects of the guild such as relations with other guilds, guild vault, Ventrilo and social recruitment. Manages guild controls and has unlimited access to the guild vault. Works to boost morale and encourage healthy camaraderie. Highest authority on dispute resolution when necessary (Master Arbitrator).

Raid Master - Winkle
The highest authority on raid coordination. Leader in the drafting and implementation of guild raid policies including advancement, recruitment and maintenance. Calls upon the Raid Assistants to handle specific tasks in raid groups including but not limited to healing, buff and curse assignments. Generally, the Raid Master leads the progression raids.

Raid Assistant - Aestolia, Lamente, Seddric and Sindial
Called upon by the Raid Master to assist him in the progression raids. The Raid Master will specifically ask for the Raid Assistants to assign healers, explain specific strategies, etc. Raid Assistants are trusted to always fight for the positive choice, especially in raid situations (assignments and loot distribution), and to advise fellow guild members on general character development (group tasks, farming and/or crafting). In the absence of the Raid Master, these players may collectively act in his place at the direction of the Guild Master or High Council. Also, Raid Assistants will frequently be trusted to lead 10-man raids (non-heroic) and 25-man non-progression raids (heroic).

Raider
Raiders are sufficiently geared and experienced for current progression raids. They have consistently met or exceeded the expectations of the guild leadership in raid preparation, research and attendance. (Emergency situations that require a player’s attention outside of the game are, of course, exceptions.) Raiders may purchase items from the guild vault at half the auction house price subject to the discretion of the guild leaders. They may also negotiate trades with the guild vault subject to the discretion of the Guild Master and Raid Master for gems, crafting materials and other common items.

Probationary Raider (or “ProbationaryRdr”)
Probationary Raiders are new additions who intend to become valuable raiders. These players must be sufficiently geared and experienced for starting tier 7 instances. Probationary Raiders are working to prove that they will be ready for each and every raid for which they’ve signed up. (Emergency situations that require a player’s attention outside of the game are, of course, exceptions.) These raiders may purchase items from the guild vault at half the auction house price subject to the discretion of the guild leaders.

Member
Members are players who have joined Phoenix Edge primarily for social reasons.
Typically, they have friends who are already in the guild, or have one or more raiding characters currently in the guild. Members may apply to become Probationary Raiders.

Initiate
Each and every character that joins the guild begins as an Initiate. New members will remain Initiates for approximately one (1) week before being promoted to the Member rank. Alternate characters may be promoted to another rank immediately depending on the player’s status in the guild. Initiates have no access to the guild vault.

If you have any questions, please contact Andelane. Thank you!
