Uh, oh... I didn't know that was a "hated" costume for Wolverine... I love that blue and yellow suit and for me, it's kinda the go to look for him, outside of jeans and a jacket.

Completely excited!!! :getsome:

No, no...I love his "tiger stripe", that had had in the original cartoon...

This is is "first appearance" costume. The animation makes the cowl so much cooler than it was. Including the "whiskers." *shudder*

The difference is in the mask...;)

Plus, I think on the 1st costume, he's got frilly shoulders, whereas on T.S., they're metal guards...

I see, I didn't even notice the whiskers in the animation... I know the old costume but I didn't realize they put it in the animation. I was typing an email as I watched it so I guess the details were missed.

I'll have to just watch it again I guess. :D Excuses, excuses

Holy crap, it was amazing.

Vs. Thor wasn't bad, either.

I thought the animation was fun it had a bit of the anime style to it and I liked it. I liked the Thor version much better than the Wolverine one. Mainly because the "Hulk Vs Wolverine" implied a lot of fighting between the two of them, not a pseudo team up that culminated in them ... not fighting...

At least the Thor version was just pure violence. :) They threw in enough story for a good setup and then moved on. I appreciate that in a Hulk story.

I was honestly not thrilled with either.

I remembered this photo you posted and I noticed in the extras that there is a new Wolverine and the X-Men cartoon coming out. Well in one episode they're going back to that this old costume and doing a Wolverine VS Hulk flashback.
