Friend in Japan, wants to buy TechPara CDs, Where's the best place to shop?

It's been a while since I even posted here so lemme just say hey to everyone. Even though I'm sure tons of people are all like "Who?" From the looks of it, ParaPara is still as epic as ever and I'm glad PPS is still around. Anyway, to the reason of my post.

My friend Jan is goin' to Japan in a month or two and said for christmas, he'd get me a TechPara CD. The only problem is, neither of us know where to go. He hasn't given me any sort of definate answer as to where in Japan he will be, he just says "Everywhere". So, yeah, where could he go to get CDs? Thanks in advance.

Pretty much any CD store in Tokyo Japan should have Hyper Techno CD's

The place that would probably have the most is HMV in Shibuya off of Center Gai.

actually things have changed recently and the Tsutaya right across the street from Shibuya station seems to have the most parapara stuff in stock now. I miss the old days of the huge parapara displays at HMV.

and for techno, used cd stores like Book Off might be your best bet. I think Andy/gaijinganguro and I cleaned out the entire techno selection from the Shibuya Book Off though.. >_<;
