I noticed today we had a few new players first of all welcome and welcome back to those who played before the shard was pacifica

I ..Ryu The Commanding Lord Of the Shadowlords will be disbanding the faction soon
so people who have joined right now can change to more suited pvp characters.

I would love it if the new players and existing players would set aside atleast 1 character for factions and let everyone know so we can have some "decent" faction wars.

When i regain Command of the Shadowlords i will be happy to recruit or if someone would like to take command of a different faction, Minax and Council of Mages are free to command. True Brits leader is Riddick so he would be the one to speak with if you wana join them.

Leave some posts here if anyone is intrested in some good old pvp action and nothing will be personal after all we are all human if you wana make it personal that is your decision just dont cry when i kill you over and over

For those of us who have never been in a faction, what should I know? Why should I join? What are the benefits? What is the cost?

what should I know?

There are 4 factions in all Shadowlords,Minax,Council of Mages and True Britannians. Each faction has its own stronghold as follows.

#Minax Faction — The stone fortress is located in the mountains west of Trinsic.
#Council of Mages Faction — The Magincia Parliament Building in the southeast corner of Magincia.
#Shadowlord Faction — Located in the unused crypts in the Yew forest, a fair distance in a direct line northeast from the east Yew Healer’s Shop named “Deep Forest Healing.” This is not the Yew Graveyard, but instead the haunted crypts far to the northeast of the city within the woods.
#True Britannians Faction — Located within Castle Britannia’s throne room, in the town of Britain.

The main goal of a faction is to run the 8 towns this can be done by stealing the towns sigil, taking it back to your stronghold and place it on the pedestal with the town name. The sigil must remain on there untill it becomes corrupt then simply take it back to the town and put it on the towns pedestal and wala you now own that town. You will also need GM stealing on you faction player if you wish to steal them.
The 8 towns are as follows.
#Britain (located south of the mage shop on the east side of Britain)
#Skara Brae (located north of the provisioner’s shop)
#Magincia (located southwest of the tavern)
#Vesper (located west of the docks)
#Minoc (located south of the tavern)
#Moonglow (located east of the provisioner’s shop)
#Trinsic (located east of the meeting hall)
#Yew (located west of the healer)

Why should I join?
Simple.. pvp is fun

What are the benefits?
If your faction runs a town you can appoint someone sherrif of that town and they summon faction gaurds to protect the town from other factions. Also you may make friends in your faction.

What is the cost?
I see no real cost other than taking up 1 character slot and you may also make some enemys.

I do believe bragging rights are in order in factions and who has a good team and you also recieve SILVER and POINTS! By saying punkte or showscore you can tell how many points you have and the silver is something your faction will use if a mule has joined to make traps and weapons and so on... Teamwork is very important in factions. Sure, I am running alone right now and True Britannains own all but 1 town (cause we have NO clue where the town pedastal is AHEM VESPER) and I right now have 6 points thanks to the Shadow Lords... lol and thats from killing them on my GM Theif which btw you all should know now I am in the theives guild and will steal from anyone possible, but thats another story. But I will have more joining my faction for the Deans have agreed to join and kill all who oppose us in PvP! See you all dead on the playing field Muhahaha...
