Background:
Sam Washington was born May 7, 1980, into a normal working class family in Jamestown, North Dakota. The son of a shoe repairman, and a stay at home mother, Washington knew that life wasn't going to be easy. Growing up in Jamestown was tough, despite excelling in school, he could never pay for college and despite good grades, he ended up being one of many who simply couldn't find a job. Regardless of how hard he tried, how deep he delved, work just wasn't there. When you're not working, and you have no money, life looks very bleak. Times hit hard when his father retired, and the income that did come through helped keep a roof over their heads. Which is why Sam Washington, a proud American knew that he needed a way to break free from the struggles of life in Jamestown, and do something meaningful with his life. It was then that Sam Washington discovered professional wrestling.

He knew it would be hard, he knew he might not make it, but he had just enough athletic ability and with some hard work and training he might have the physique of a professional wrestler. He wasn't the biggest, he wasn't the tallest and he wasn't the quickest, but that all soon changed. At 30 years old, Sam Washington finally caught a break and was soon competing in states all across the world in front of crowds that varied from thirty people, to three thousand people. Slowly but surely, the hard work and the dedication started to bring in what he needed the most. Money. The green dollar. Sometimes it wasn't much, sometimes it was more than enough, but they're all and the same and each and every dime and nickel helped keep a roof over his parents house while he travelled the world looking to make it to the big time, to where the national television crews broadcast the sport all across the world. Sam Washington didn't just want to settle for second best, as the championships came thick and fast, he wanted to be the top dog. To be the best this industry has ever had and it changed him.

Suddenly this hard working, family man turned into a money grabbing, attention seeking human being. As the pay checks inflated his bank account, his ego did too. Before long his parents had been evicted, and on the streets, but he was becoming a star, his parents had been the people holding him back. Even though these two people who had brought him into this world and brought him up, had been the one who inspired him to break into the world of professional wrestling and in essence, they made him famous. 30 years old, he's at the peak of his career and he wants a bigger challenge. He doesn't want to be headlining in a high school gym, or some run of the mill stadium. He wants the big time, the biggest company in sports entertainment. He wants to be a part of the Premier Wrestling Alliance, and he'll stop at nothing to do so!
