Despite the fact that he wasn't the first person to assume the role of Terminus, Evan Andrews is still regarded by many as the quientessential incarnation of that character. During the five year period that he wore that signature face mask, Evan won numerous titles...Although his two extended reigns as PWA World Heavyweight Champion remain his crowning achievement.

At various points in his ten year career, Evan Andrews has fashioned himself as a Savior of the PWA, and a Punisher of those who might have transgressed against the federation in some manner. His detractors consider him to be insufferably arrogant, and all too willing to play the role of judge, jury and executioner. His supporters, on the other hand, admire his courage, intelligence, and willingness to put his very life on the line in order to fight for those causes that he holds dear to his heart.

Maybe both perceptions of the man are accurate, but either way, Evan Andrews' influence within the federation has been significant throughout its entire exsistance. That's very likely to continue now that he's become a member of PWA's Judicial Review....

Because even though he still tends to speak in the same quiet, calm tone of voice that he used back when he was wrestling in the PWA, one gets the impression that he'll find a way to ensure that his message is heard by everyone who is employed within this federation.
