Possession is nine tenths of the law. Razer had zero defenses before losing. (7/22/06 - 7/31/06) 23. Steele 4 At Pandemonium, the two long time rivals would lock up in a match over three years in the making. The battle was a brutal one, that saw some of the most exciting action on PWA television in a while. After a very long battle that went back and forth both inside and out of the Hell In A Cell structure, Steele was able to finally gain the upper hand for good, and land a pin on the Icon, ending what was one of the most fan friendly title reigns in a long time. As a side note, at the time of print, Steele tied Showtime for most reigns total, with four. Vegeta had 2 defenses before losing the title. (3/11/07 - 4/16/07) 26. P.Y 3 A month later at Massacre, Steele faced off against an old enemy and the then Number One Contender for the World Title, P.Y. Many PWA fans were expecting another classic encounter between both men, yet despite the fact the match lasted less than five minutes, the conclusion was more than memorable. Steele delivered a mind blowing Double Under-Hook Evenflow DDT to the English Monster, but instead of pinning his opponent, Steele placed himself under his fallen opponent's arm, allowing the fall to be made on himself! He revealed this to be an act to rid himself of the title, allowing him to focus solely on retiring the PWA Owner. Steele had 0 defenses before losing the title. (4/15/07 - 6/24/07) 27. Piccie Smalls After a somehwhat shock in winning the Three Hours of Power tournament, Piccie Smalls got his World Title shot at the new Summer of Sin pay-per-view event and managed to surprise almost everyone by defeating PY to cap what to date has been the fastest rise to the top since PWA's creation. Triple 6 3 At International Incident, the two Untouchable stablemates went one on one after Triple 6 defeated Tommy Dragon to become #1 Contender. The champion Piccie Smalls, who had spent the previous weeks partying it up in Hollywood, proved that perhaps he should have spent more time focusing on wrestling as Triple 6 picked up the victory, marking his 3rd reign as PWA World Champion. Piccie Smalls had 0 defenses before losing and was suspended shortly after the PPV for failing the Substance Abuse policy. (7/29/07 - 1/27/08) 29. Steele 5 & P.Y 4 At Pojocade VI, Triple Six had to defend his title in a match that was nothing short of spectacular, pitting four of the (at the time) five member Hall of Fame against each other. Early teamwork on the part of the Champion and Vegeta seemed to be going well, but at the end of the match the wheels fell off for the World Champion. The overpowering duo of Steele and P.Y proved to be too much, but in a twist of fate it would come back to haunt the Franchise, as we got the second ever split decision World Champion. Triple Six's reign was full of firsts, and record breaking numbers. It marked the first time that the World Title was ever defended in the WrestleFest Rumble, and it was also the first time that the title was defended in the same match with all of the (then) active Hall of Famers. He would go on to set two records with the title during his reign (longest reign & most defenses overall). Triple 6 had 4 defenses before losing this match. Razer 2 At International Incident, Tommy Dragon defended his title in a Triple Threat match against the Three Hours of Power winner Kyle "The Freak" Rieger and Razer. After tearing the house down in Germany, Razer came out on top pinning Tommy after a successful Rising Thunder. Tommy had 3 defenses before losing the title. (07/20/08 - 8/24/08) 33. Steele 6 Extreme Destruction was billed as the final match between Chaz Steele and Razer. The two fought for their pride, their the title, and most of all, their careers. Putting his World title on the line in a retirement match against Steele, Razer found himself losing the biggest match of his career. Not only was it the biggest match in his career, but it was his last, being forced to retire while Steele held the title above his head. Razer had 0 defenses before losing the title. (8/24/08 - 9/21/08) 34. Tommy Dragon 2 After realizing his dream of reclaiming the World Title from the man, that took it from him (Razer) was never going to be a reality. Tommy decided to set his sights on the man that defeated the Enforcer for the belt. Steele was all too eager to accept the challenge, and on the special edition "Trial of Champions" Havoc, the first ever showdown between these two PWA superstars, took place. It was a heavily contested match, but ultimately in the end, Vegeta would cost the Franchise the victory here. Tommy was able to recapture his prized title, in front of his hometown fans. Chaz Steele had 0 defenses before losing the title. (9/21/08 - 12/21/08) 35. Serial Just a few weeks before Pojocade VII, where Tommy Dragon was scheduled to defend the title against Organon, Serial managed to shock the wrestling world as he defeated Tommy at Insanity Episode 187. Tommy Dragon had two defenses before losing. (12/21/08 - 1/25/09) 36. Organon 2 By winning the 2008 WrestleFest Rumble, Organon began a second quest to main event Pojocade. This time being the challenger, Organon had to fend off both Serial and Tommy Dragon to gain his second World Title. Serial had no defenses before losing. (1/25/09 - ???)
