Describe your appearance (at least a full paragraph): Clover is a boy about the age of 13. He wears green pants and shirt under a light green tunic. He wears green fingerless gloves and an orange cloak. He has brown boots that go up to his mid calf. Clover has Green hair and navy blue eyes. Clover can always be seen carrying around a tomb of magic. He stands at about 4’8” and weights about 90lbs.
Choose two major strengths and up to three minor strengths: His strengths are offensive magic and healing magic. His minor strengths are in arcane magic, defensive magic and physical endurance.

Dear: Arch Mage Nilo
This letter is being sent to you from the magistrate’s office in Corus. We have in custody a child who shows signs of having magical abilities and feel it is important for him to receive the proper training so he does not destroy anything, again.

As far as we can discern the boy who tells us his name is Clover has the Gift. He also tells us that he is an orphan of Tusaine and has made his way here. He has no knowledge of what town he came from or how his parents were killed.

His abilities as witnessed by myself are mostly in the offensive area. During this exercise he had injured himself but when he was inspected for such injuries we discovered he had already healed himself.

Though I know you likely have your hand full with other students we would like it if you could take this child off our hands, other wise I’m afraid he’ll just be put in some orphanage and might hurt another child.

Wild magic is not an allowable type of magic, and this is found in the Character Creation Guide. To be accepted, Clover has to practice a normal type of magic.

There is a contest going on for a second full-status (ie full mage) character with wild magic.

well what exactly are the types of 'normal' magic?

There's just straight spellcasting, called arcane magic. Having types of magic like with Tris and Briar is not part of the story, except with Daine, who is the daughter of a god and therefore a very unique circumstance. I've been trying to find resources about arcane magic, but none are fitting especially to our story.
