Ocean Forums

[Draiken]

Suggestion: Add Ocean forums for each of the areas.

The idea behind this is that not all of us are going to always RP at a designated island/city/village nor do I, at least, plan on RPing on my ship as I'm out at sea.

With an area for just the open water in one of the seas + Grand Line, it's a lot easier to do stuff like Marine inspections or naval battles (or even just drifting) when it's clear that it is on the water instead of on the ship.

Just putting this out there.
