The night was young, the mirror balls was shining its colors among the island, the great majesty which was an artificial night. Everyone was fresh for the party.

The very first song, a hymn to the pirates was the Song of Life, Bink's Sake

It had begun

"Tan-Tara~~n Tan-Tara~~n
Tan-Tara~~n Tan-Tara~~n
Tan-Tara~~n Tan-Tara~~n Tan-Tara~~n

YOHOHOHO~~~YOHOHOHO~~~
YOHOHOHO~~~YOHOHOHO~~~
YOHOHOHO~~~YOHOHOHO~~~
YOHOHOHO~~~YOHOHOHO~~~

AND! GOING TO DELIVER BINK'S SAKE
FOLLOWING THE SEA BREEZE!
RIDING ON THE WAVES!
FAR ACROSS THE SALTY DEEPS!"

The pirates were glad, drinking before the big party.

After the pirates song, the speakers were turned on, bass and all. The music started and the party was convoked.

Alex was in the middle of the party already as drunk as he could be. He was eating everything in sight and having the best night of his life. He was now one of the nosiest people in the party screaming out the lyrics to the song and just making a ruckus.

-----------

Xondo was right outside of the massive crowd under the disco balls. He had a beer in his hand and was drinking it slowly. He had really never been the one for parties. He planned to mainly stay outside of the crowd.

Sakotsu was partying around, beer in hand, at least one, on the dance floor with women, at least two, and just going completely nuts, this night was the night to forget about all his troubles and just engage in some spiritual healing.

-----

Hal was going nuts as well, just not with alcohol, because he didn't like getting drunk, it wasn't so safe. He was going insane with the girls going form one to another to another. Occasionally spotting Owen or Koske or someone and waving.

-----------------

In the meanwhile Jimi was getting ready to jam out, his show was in about an hour, he was just stringing his guitar properly and having fun in the meanwhile playing some music for people, some practice vefore the real show.

Koske's feet doubled up as he stepped back from the flailing hand thrown in his direction. Whatever he just said didn't go down well. Sati shook her head with a soft smile and spoke; but her voice was lost through the crowd.

Koske wasn't easy to loose, he was good at evaluating situations, but Koske always had the weakness, he chased things, and forgot about the environment. A hand attacked itself to his shoulder, or more covered it. He looked up to it's owner; some rough pirate type, probably no bounty but who cares at this party; a pirate was a pirate here no matter who he was. His grip tightened as he made some threatening noises, but crowds and carnivals are strange things, and the threat sounded wholly more like an invitation to dance; not Koske's style. He touched his opponents hand quickly sending a shock through to his jaw; a punch in quake form. And so he jumped through the crowds again, happy as he ever was given the chance to kick some ass.

--------

Sati had reached the bar, and had already poured herself a beer, placing a second beside her for shadow this evening. The bar-man lay unconscious on the floor; not serving a bounty hunter, ridiculous. It was a weird feeling with only one party goer willing to so much as talk to her, but it was nice in it's own way to get an invite. Reminded her of her wasted youth chasing boys. She took her pint down in one gulp, and bent round to pour herself another as a hand tapped her shoulder. She turned round with a smile as to expect Koske, but she had another guy trying to ruin her night. For a bounty hunter a pirates party was never a safe place to be.

"let's go to another bar!" she said as koske arived; he nodded in agreement actually almost hearing her this time. He still had things to ask about the five hunters, and this was why Sati flailed her arm at him back there. Koske was being Koske though and through, the only reason he invited her to this party was to collect information; she was kinda sad.

-------

Mistel Andrass sat in a chair with his crew surrounding. His dress fluttered in the breeze of the party night, his pistols still oozing smoke like blood out of their barrels. This blood just floated. Dann Hitkal, another bountied pirate lay bleeding on the floor of the bar, he clearly was no fan of okama, but it seems he was all bark and no bite, as the two spears on his back seemed of no use against his be-gunned oponent. It didn't matter, Mistel was always a nice okama, and had his chief surgeon fixing up the young pirate captain. Mistel's jasmine tea sat invitingly infront of Dann's nose as he slowly had the bullets removed from his abdomen. And so two pirates joined each other in a cup of tea before returning to the party in full swing.

------

Toto Madeli quickly stretched her back out, and made a quick run again. Her hands tapped the floor lightly but managed to fling her, and her somersault, up onto the stage quite easily, and well above what any security guard could do. She quickly produced a photograph to the performing band; she was a surprising pirate captain if there ever was one, and was an avid chaser of the bishonen, even despite her bounty. She was having a lot of fun finding interesting pretty-boy pirates where-ever she could look to flirt with, even if not every one of them was very interested.

------

The bass speakers were were one would find Roll Jacobs, jumped up inside, her head-phones on and her goggled over eyes. She quickly jumped out again, her hands a little red where she'd just fixed a resonance error inside. A perfection freak she wasn't enjoying the party so much as others, but every drink she was bought helped get her in the mood. Her risqué attire made her quite the attraction with the guys, her hot pants an especial favourite, though her greased and ripped t-shirt, showing an impressive under-cleavage, did certainly have it's own fans. She frowned slightly as another beer was thrust into her hands by some dirty sea-dog; she wished for a handsome man's sweet whispers, but she wasn't about to say no to a free drink, in time she'd be in the full swing of the party no doubt.

-----

Andreasa Mamaru quickly picked the door lock with her hair-band, looking out around the pirate's brig area; no-one was coming, so she made a run for it. She reached the stairs, and snuck up onto the top deck. She looked around, seeing the guard she ducked for a second. She though for a moment on her opponent's skills; she remembered he used a hammer, and thus was likely close ranged. She popped up with a scream, her hand rushing to her pocket and then throwing out. Nothing came. She was always an amateur, and the fact that she had her knives taken away from her didn't occur to her 'till it was too late. She went back to the brig without much of a fight.

-----

Gavin Monk sat trembling. One of his bars was gone. GONE. completely destroyed, burnt, ripped apart and blown up, all in a couple of minutes. He'd made a huge loss, and insurance was being a right git about it. He had to make this night count, and as such he had his bar selling as much as possible. His bouncers where even making rounds selling drinks from the tray; not bad for the huge beasts they were. He had to make a lot of money to make the same profits this year, and this didn't suit him well. He sat alone, unguarded on the top floor of his bar, 'the glittering cup'; the second largest bar on the island, no the first now, but hopefully not for long, as he planned to re-build 'the plank and sail' to be even bigger and better, he just needed to get the profits, profits, profits!

-----

Koske and Sati spoke, sat in the corner of the glittering cup. Their conversation most obvious. "the hunters move in areas they know their bounty styles are; from organisations spanning hundreds of islands, to simply chasing large pirate events, or travelling near the red-lien itself; each hunter has their own preferred target, and their own way of capturing them, but they have complete roam of the first half of the grand line. They operate as the defence of the people in the same way the shichibukai protect the stability of the world."

"your saying anyone could meet them at any time in their travels, and they'd never know it was coming?" Koske asked, "or they may never meet even one of them"

Sati nodded in a greement, "and more than that no-one with any heart can kill them, even when they've been beaten they tend to be left to live as they're the people's hope, it seems strange that pirates have such morales, but maybe it's just the ones who can win."

Koske thought for a second, "So what we did with Sati was right, but she was a lucky case, other, more direct fighters will be almost impossible to beat without killing them, or atleast coming close."

"mmhmm, and even so, they're all very strong; even Lyuri, she just has an unusual strength" Sati looked down for a moment, and it seems Koske joined her. "something up?" she asked as her eyes perked up.

He lifted his, and met hers, but the glint was a weird one, not necassarily any emotion. "I get a strange feeling Owen is gonna take beating them all as his own kind of challenge."

Koske laughed, Sati simply looked perplexed. Either way their drinks emptied in one single gulp.

-----

Commander Jefferson looked out his window across the great party from his vantage of the naval base. He smiled at watching the party going so well. He was always one for this tradition; he shouldn't be, but for one night a year the streets were for law breakers. The atmosphere was never a problem, it was just plain fun, and it gave the citizens something to look forward to every year; it would be anti-justice for him to interfere; or so he told himself repetitively. He turned away from the window as his voice rang into the Den Den Mushi; "yes, I understand, but the marines may stand in your way; I will not order them to stand down from this."

"fair enough, they will be dealt with like all others. Do not think you can stop me, even the world government will back me on this one; that party is going to be my killing."

Commander Jeferson nodded, the smile on his face still present. It was strange of he, who loved the pirate party, but if there was any way he'd deal with Lyuri it was method acting. She was hard one to fool, especially on the snail.

His eyes rolled out the window again, she'll be at the island in 10 minutes. The commander looked out, this time with a frown. "There better be a pirate out there who can take her down; I hate that hag."

-----

The beat changed as another song began. A lot happens in a short time in mirrorball.

Alex looked seriously at the giant speakers. He had a shocked, terrified look on his face. The people, from the short time they have been around him, have known him to be a very wild man. They now stopped dancing and looked at him, worried something was about to happen. Alex's mouth opened, but nothing came out. He then blurted out in an extremely loud voice, "I hate this song!" Everyone around started to laugh about how his mood could change from one song, though now he was back to drinking his beer.

--------------

Xondo now stood up and started to walk away from the party, and back towards his, Sak's, and Hanzo's ship. He thought it would be more peaceful to go back to the ship. As he walked down the empty streets, he noticed one old man standing in the middle of a doorway.
"Ain't you going to the party sunny?" The old man said looking up at the disco ball in the sky.
"No, I am going back to my ship." Xondo said firm and steady, even though the man seemed to have this presence, this hakki floating around him.
“You’re a pirate I suppose.” The old man said with his eyes still on the disco ball. “You’ll only get to see this once boy, soon all you will be seeing is the walls of a jail cell.”
“I don’t think so, old man.” Xondo said with an angry voice, he took offense by what the old man had said.
“What makes you an exception of not getting caught?” The old man said.
“Because.” Xondo paused for a second as he looked up at the disco ball, “Because my captain is ganna be the next king of the pirates.”
A smile came to the old man’s face as he now looked at Xondo. “And who is your captain, boy?”
“He goes by Sak.” Xondo said as his leg started to tremble. This man, his presence, everything about him would make anyone tremble.
“Good, good, good… I like your spirit kid, tell you captain I send my best.” The old man said as he made his way inside.
“Wait what is your nam…..” Before Xondo finished the old man had shut the door. “A strange old man.” Xondo said as his leg stopped trembling and he walked back to the boat.

---------------

Vice-Admiral Will stood in his hotel, looking out the window at the party. “I can’t believe that so many people show up for this stupid party.”
Will then grabbed a raincoat that he had bought in town and walked out the door of his room. He then went to the stairs and walked down five flights of stairs and out the front door of the hotel. He was now in the middle of the crowd. He barged his way through the crowd, and towards the marine base, he needed to talk to the commander.

Tattered sandals played a slow beat on the ground carrying the long chiseled legs that were just as batter and bruised. How they managed to not shake was more of a surprise to their owner than any of the drunken pirates that surround him. If they'd even notice him would have been more of a surprise, the long dreadlocks fowling out the front of the hooded coat he was wearing and spilling upon his hard chest. He had bulked up a little since he went missing, but his training hadn't produced the fruits he wanted and he was out of time. The night of the party had came upon him too soon, now it was up to chance. His tongue running over his chapped lip as he swayed through the crowded bar his eyes locked on that golden stage that had rejected the worlds greatest pirate D.J.

Distracted his push forward was off, his sway slightly off as his shoulder bumped into a brute of a pirate. But bumping into the alternative was much worst. A short fellow with a few kind features hear the bar maids tell it. He hadn't a very threatening air about him but only a fool would fall for such a common ruse. The man was dangerous, if not physically intimidating, but more importantly had a mind like a steel trap. There would be no way he didn't recognize the Rastafarian, but it didn't seem like that would be a problem. Johnny having disappeared before the beat of the bump made it to the ears of the roughneck who turn to accost Koske. Unfortunate for the pirate who was beaten with but a simple touch of the first mate. Just how fearsome had the Horizon Kings become?

How fearsome had the little ninja boy become. He had faced death and survived, back on the blue typhoon applying new bandages. And by the looks of the size of the blood soaked pile on the floor, they'd need more soon. It was a wonder he was even conscious after all that, but his will to live for his captain seemed to be the strongest thing on this island. So much so that he made it a point to remain conscious to ensure Sakotsu would make it to the party and not worry over his namaka. But wrapping his wounds and applying medicine seemed to be the extent of his abilities, other than his mind working over a million strategies to gain his revenge. How the shape shifter survived his blood disease he didn't know, but it wouldn't happen again.

Ninja-kun's eyes darting port as a strong presence drew his attention. His hand reached for his blades, but the pain that course through his entire form prevented him from getting as far as a quarter away from them, let alone lift them. He'd need more training soon. His body plopping back upon the cot, he needed training, but first rest. His eyes closing for the first time, sleeping with them open had always left them dry the next morning, and his body drifted off into the sweet release of sleep. his blades now ash upon the ground, a burning light in the sky, perched high above the blue typhoon. The phoenix watching over its master.

And the crowd was watching the ale being devoured by a single man... Well half giant. Barrels upon barrels poured into that bottomless abyss Owen called a throat. His large right arm, completely bandaged down to his finger tips, wiped his equally as large mouth, revealing and even bigger grin. "Ah! That hit the spot." The crowds mouths agape as the bewildered gaze lock on the behemoth that arrived out of no where and finished off the mountain of booze. But he couldn't be blamed, he had been sober for how many days now? He had to be parched. "BAHAHAHAHA! Now its a party." His laugh boomed as he sprung from his seat and gripped a few bar maids in his arms and headed to the dance floor.

Henry was now hooking up with some woman, he didn't even know who anymore. She seemed to have attracted him more than the rest, a certain mystery to her, a bit of finesse in her actions, such as: walking, shaking her hips while she did so, turning at the precise moment so that when you would spot her she would catch a glance of your eyes and when they met she would turn and giggle. How had Hal been able to get with a girl like this? He sure as hell didn't know, but it was time to enjoy, and definitely a keeper for the night.

--------

Jimi Hendrixson was finally ready, his guitar was tuned properly, every chord making the correct sound when strung. His eyes were glimmering with excitement, now he just had to wait for the proper introduction from the DJ and he would be up on stage playing his guitar for the public.

--------

Sakotsu was in a drunken haze, he was having so much fun that he had forgotten all his worries, and above that he had some ink, or paint, unsure of the substance it was still a large flaming skull on his back, the symbol of the Devil's Pirates. He was now wearing a crown and had lost his shirt, his perspiration made his hair wet and his body shine with the lights from the party. His legs suddenly turning into springs and he himself soaring now through the air to reach the giant mirror ball which just shook a little bit. He had a microphone in his hand, then he began his slurred speech.

"I'm Sakotsu~!" he yelled as his drunken words could be understood, and the crowd roared with excitement.
"I'm drunk, and loving this party!" he yelled again as everyone yelled in unison.
"And I'm gonna be the next King of Pirates!" he yelled his final phrase as the audience roared in applause as Sakotsu jumped off of the mirror ball, landing on the dance floor and starting to dance and make out with some girl.

Toto's eyes locked on her target, she quickly pulled her arm over her head, clicking her shoulder for a moment. Her stare never left him as she threw it out in a split second, the speed was great, some rather impressive power behind it, it flew straight and true; but stopped in an equal moment. Pop and Lock. It turned back as she pulled it back in. The bishi-boy in front of her stood in awe, she was a damn good dancer, but that was expected with her rythme rythme fruit, but metronome had clicked again. She always lasted 6 minute and 48 seconds exactly with any guy, and then she was bored. This man was out of there, and she'd found a new guy to chase. Her hand went out, slamming into his vision, and then she was gone. She jumped over one guys head and quickly landed behind guy number 13, unlucky for some. Her hand tapped on his shoulder, but she had a feeling he'd already heard him.

"What's with the hood cutey-pie? A hotty like you has no need for that." She dropped into a classic casual stance, her left hand tapping to her hip as her right dropped floor-ward. Her small dark alluring eyes, sexy long black hair, thin physique, and tight but sizely bottom all helped make her task of stealing guys hearts much easier, but her flexibility and dancing skills tended to seal the deal. She smiled, flicking her hair, "So, why you looking at the stage so strong, hon?" She asked simply to the Horizon King's pirate in front of her. After all rasta guys are cute.

-------------------

Andrass walked through the crowd feeling quite safe, Lyuri appeared to underestimate his strength. Okama weren't always welcome at parties like this, and yet his relatively high bounty and quick draw stopped most people from interupting him, but he kinda wanted to be stopped for a moment. He quickly pulled the ruffles out of his dress as he looked forward to a certain bouncer, Mistel was the queen, and this guy was his planned king tonight. "Mmm" he moaned as he shimmied her way across the dance floor "How are you sugar?"

------------------

Roll had found herself in the circle of a 'future king of the pirates'; Sakotsu. Her two left feet didn't help her, but all the same, she went with the flow and joined the dancing and cheering all the way. Her crew cut, and round face suited the goggles on the head look, and her now even further ripped shirt brought her a few guys fighting over her, thus her movement, she couldn't be bothered with that, but any guy enough to call himself the future pirate king was safe bet as a group to stay in; not many people would fight him for her, or so she hoped.

She unfortunately was known to be wrong as one of her suitors pushed into her back, the apparent winner of before. His starting line of "hey babe, where'd you go off to?" quickly fell away as she fell into Sak's arms. It was replaced by a deep growl with no obvious meaning.

------------------

Dann Hitkal was one of those types to make fights, he'd found Tappa, it was his time to show he'd also beaten his old 'weakling' name. He may only have 2M beli on his head, but he wasn't so weak as that. His spears flung out from his back as Tappa's chain span. It launched at great speeds, but a quick dodge made it useless. It slammed into a wall crashing a hole in it, and then straight through as it pulled back, but it didn't get back. One spear slammed into the ground straight through one of the chain links, trapping Tappa's weapon for a moment, it wouldn't last, but it didn't need to.

Tappa pulled again, this time his muscles flexing as the spear pulled out of the ground, but by the time it hit back into his hand it was too late. Hitkal's spear pointed to Tappa's throat. It was over, Tappa dropped his weapon and surrendered. Hitkal had won, but his eyes didn't give up their stare. Tappa's heart raced, "is this the end" flowing through his brain every second, but it wasn't. "Aww, that's it; hey wanna grab a drink?"

Hitkal loved to fight, but hated to kill; a good friend sounded much more fun to him. A challenger type. Tappa breathed a sigh of relief. "okay!"

-----------------

Koske hit the dance floor with Sati after a few drinks... well maybe more than a few, but they hit the floor as the party finally heated up. Sherri certainly wouldn't want to see that night, but before anything happened, Koske dropped out. "A relationship with a bounty hunter doesn't sound so good to me."

She nodded in a hushed agreement , the pirate boyfriend didn't sound so good to her either. They quickly jumped into the 'friends' boat, though even so, Koske wasn't the type for relationships anyway, so it didn't look good even if they hadn't.

-----------------

Jefferson slammed down his glass as he finished his bourbon, then looked towards the messenger. "Send him in" he muttered, but it was aparantly understood.

"Good of you to come..." He breathed out, vice-admiral was always a scary word. "What would you like to discuss VA Smith?" He asked no-one, simply trying to get his words right, but it didn't help.

As the door swung open he simply stood silent untill spoken to, looking out on the party, hoping it wouldn't turn this direction again; that was after all how he got this job in the first place; the idea of his position becoming suddenly vacant didn't sound good to him, especially as he was coming onto the honerable age of 42; life was becoming important to him.

------------------

Lyuri's neck cricked as she looked to the island, her vessel coming into view from the docks. "Whyaa!" She yawned, she hadn't eaten in this body for far too long, and eating so much had put it out of her, she needed to switch quickly, but all the same, the island was ever so close now, it wasn't long. Foot down on the island: 2 minutes.

Sakotsu was partying in the middle of about ten people when suddenly some fine girl fell into his arms.
He heard some random growl but just looked down at her not minding for an angry drunk. He stared into her eyes and just stayed there, who was this person? And how drunk was he to just stay staring into someones eyes?

He then just smiled at her nicely.

-------------------

Back on stage Jimi was ready to go. He heard the introduction to his performance.

"NOW EVERYONE GIVE IT UP FOR OUR NEXT GUEST. THE INFAMOUS PURPLE HAZE! JIMI HENDRIXSON!"

In that instant the crowd went wild, suddenly growing silent as you heard a strum of a guitar from behind the scene, a large shadow grew onto the large screen until finally Jimi appeared playing his guitar.

(the song would go something like this Purple Haze acoustic + beat box but the original one is like this Jimmy Hendrix - Purple Haze So the very beginning of the song Jimi is playing starts off normally then it starts beat boxing.)

The song continued as Jimi rocked out on his blade.

---------------------

Hal was now partying in the crowd, watching Jimi play his music, it was pretty amazing how it sounded. He would jump up and down along with the crowd. He noticed there was a huge amount of people gathered at one spot, right under the mirror ball, probably some party nut going crazy with a lot of people (Sakotsu's little group).

It wasn't that he had ignored her, it was simply "cutey-pie" and "hotty" weren't terms that were directed the frustrated pirate D.J. as of late. The fact was the Horizon Kings' navigator wasn't as unattractive as it's captain often proclaimed every chance he had. Tall and slender frame, dark even skin, and a few slightly rugged if not handsome features. Of course he may not have been as fair as his first mate, but with his mouth shut he could very well be mistaken for the classic island get-away heartthrob certified to assist in the getting back of grooves. Again that was before he opened his mouth and that pompous arrogance, loud mouth, and all around obnoxious attitude succeeded in obliterating the hunky guise... Normally.

Tonight, on the other hand, was one of those rare moments he displayed an seriousness that held a dignity that he often neglected, or rather failed to. Something had him preoccupied, that which was what he with held the sum quantity of his pride had been threaten; tarnished. It truly was all he had, his one claim to fame and the fortune he so desperately desired. The greatest pirate D.J. of all time, the closest he saw himself coming to being remembered. A slow blink and his eyes had cut to the tap the still lingered in his nerves. It wasn't as if the tap was so out of place tonight, he had gotten more than his fair share from the drunken pirates in attempts to spread their jolly. So even this one was ignored until her words had registered and now his body was desperate to remember the feel.

His head finished the turn, Johnny able to catch a glimpse of her in his minds eye first. The vibration of the throbbing noise that now was mirror ball island beat against her skin, bouncing off into the ears. Like sonar it he was able to determine her important features; height, size, relative shape, but his mind’s eye had failed to capture exactly what a beauty Toto was. Johnny’s glance lasting a little longer then it probably should have be it from astonishment or shock. Even he couldn’t tell right now, perhaps it was a combination of both but as the music started it was gone. The feeling, his gaze, from Toto and back upon the stage that mocked him. ”Why?”

He asked as he pulled back the hood, and up his sleeves. ”Cause that…” he pointed to the stage, to Jimi. ”Should be me.” The whine similar to that of an electric guitar screeched from Johnny’s finger tips as he imitated strumming a guitar. His playing rivaled Jimi's, matched note for not but Johnny's had a different quality to it netting attention quickly of the surrounding party goers but he was still being drowned out by the sheer volume of the crowd; he wouldn’t be able to gain the attention to steal the show with just this.

His music stopped as his eyes went to the small crowd he hand gathered. ”Don‘t just stand there, join in.” The crowds eyes went wide with confusion at the demon smirk on Johnny lips as he fell into his slow rhythmic dance of capoeira. The slow sway stopped abruptly before the violent jerk of his long lean body whipped in a fury of blue streaks. A barrage, a hurricane of blows at the speed of sound creating a beautiful of melody that he pounded into each pirate, a preview of what was to come. However only Toto standing in the eye of the storm of punches had the privilege of hearing the seemingly endless assumable of staccato notes produced by the whirlwind.

The fury soon ended with a mass of angry drunken pirates slowly making it to their feet after the attack. Growls rumbled through the crowd until one was finally able to form a sentence. “Why you little… we’ll crush you.” A roar erupted from the crowd in agreement, only bringing that smirk back to Johnny’s lips. ”Good boys, you didn‘t die.” He said more to himself as the pirates closed in on him and the dancer he had spared from the attack. The D.J. breathing out a sigh of relief to the sky, it seemed like it worked: he’d know for sure soon, but it felt right.

“We didn’t but you’re about to!” A crack roar of the small crowd in anger as they charged the horizon king how slipped from his hooded coat and winked at Toto as if to ensure her there was nothing to fear. However it wasn’t a fighting stance he took, but that of a drummer gearing for part to of his musical performance. His hands beating the air the sound booming. The rampaging group stopped in there tracks radiating a glorious tune. His blows had shifted each pirate into an overgrown tuning fork to amplify his music throughout the party.

Once again his body acted as the conduit of the notes, seeming coming out of nowhere, the pirates his drums. A roll of the tom toms, thump of the kick drum, crash of the symbols sending the pirates bodies shaking uncontrollably. A steady dance beat with a classic with a twist. An orchestra coupled with the feel of the young heart of street drums keeping a dance worthy beat all the while keeping its epic timeless feel. The percussion were the focus but the winds held firm, the strings their brilliance. The beat that of his heart that moved bodies with a deep bass line the rumbled the ground and competed for the attention with the main stage. Johnny, no D.J. Frequency had made his appearance setting the mood for the battle for Mirror ball island.

“Oi Oi OIII…” Owen’s voice boomed lifting his overgrown tankard in the air, ”More ale, it’s about to get interesting.” A grin stretched across the insane giants lips, and for a moment it seemed there was more than just method to his madness. But did anyone raise such ranks in the navy by just being a big strong idiot? It was ”Now lets see what you can really do.” The tankard emptied the last of its drink down the captain’s throat as he wiped the head away with a smile before lifting it to his lips once again to take a even larger gulp. “AH! WHO DRANK ALL MY ALE? I‘LL GRIND THEIR BONES TO MAKE MY BREAD!”

Marine office Sarutahiko O kami was next to Owen when he yelled this comment, what are the odds of a marine being next to an ex-marine, when he yells he's going to grind someone's bones?

Saru just laughed at the comment and said "just calm down, the entertainment is about to begin." He sat down by Owen, his girlfriend somewhere in the crowd with her new clothing which he helped (carried himself) all the way back to their apartment.

He had a look of happiness on his face, without any marine attire on, just having fun and waiting for this DJ Frequency to begin his show. One that probably everyone would remember.

"WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY! Erupted the giant from his seat with a strong glare that fell upon Sarutahiko O kami. Or at least it appeared, his eyes in the deep shadow of his fro blocking whom exactly he was looking at as he towered the marine. The people that were next to Kami too hoped that the giant had gotten upset over being told to calm down and not another off cuff comment he overheard. "I'm going to be King of the pirates you springy bastard" The shout came as sudden and unexpected as the first as Owen jerked around as Sakotsu's word only now sunk in.

Owen paused for a moment before tugging slightly on his fist that he accidentally punched through the ceiling in order to shake it at Sak. He turned back toward the bar with a bashful grin, "Hehe... I think I'm stuck."

Koske's mouth wrapped itself, yet again, around a fish burger. He'd managed to make himself hungry with all this dancing. Sati was a whole lot more elegant with her small nibbles as the two headed towards Koske's captain, intrigued by the commotion. Johnny was always good for a laugh, and in a sound out, entertainment was plenty abound. Koske swallowed, and cheered for Johnny before he heard his captain's words "I think I'm stuck". His face fell, but he smiled all the same.

His hand planted upon Owen's arm, sending a shake toward the roof, freeing him nicely. "Forget the contenders for now, let's just watch Johnny 'kay?" He said it simply as his eyes wandered to the bouncer/barman and he shouted for more drinks.

Sati followed behind with simple words "I hope you're not trying to get me drunk?" She chuckled slightly as her eyes took to the figure next to Koske's captain. "Sarutahiko O Kami, it's nice to make your aquantance again," she said, though she did not expect him to remember her, "We only met in passing, but I tend to remember Vice Admirals," she said this in as much a way to warn Koske as to continue conversation, "You're lady-friend is not with you?"

-----------------------------

Roll stared back for a second or two before the blush rose to his cheeks and she pushed out of Sak's arms. Pushing herself straight back into her angry drunk 'friend', she looked up, her blush dropping quickly as he looked down upon her, an anger in his eyes, it's direction unnecessary, as long as it went somewhere, and it went towards her in this moment. His hand went to her shoulder, but with a quick flick of the wrist a wrench went from belt to his knuckles and all through her hand as she stepped away from him. She replaced the wrench and backed away yet again, again into Sak.

Drunkeness made her rather clumsy, and her clumsiness aparantly made this guy mad as he looked down upon the two of them, nursing his now broken hand, but with a glint of ill intent all the same. His eyes narrowed and his skin became hairier. He was a DF user, and this became most aparant as the horns erupted from his head. He had eaten the zoan fruit of the moose, it was no wonder he won the previous dispute over her.

-----------------------------

Toto however yawned, this kind of music didn't suit her tastes. "Fair Rhythm, interesting music, but..." she stated simply, "let me make a few editations"

She flexed for a moment before running and jumping onto the back speaker tower, her hands going to the equalizer, her fingers playing into each, but rather than changing sounds, she created them, rhythms flowing through her hands into the speakers and emulating sounds with strange control, it wasn't like true music, but a synthesiser of sorts, almost suiting her better. The real DJ made some noises of intrusion, but they where silenced with a single kick to the head, and thus she began with her music.

The percussion was similarly styled, the bass playing on even runs, the snare near neglected for the toms that blue out an almost roll, the crash cymbal taking the main beat though, complementing the flurry from the assumed baritone strings, but more synthetic, picking through chords in rapid succession, back and forth on each repeat, the pitch rising before sliding elsewhere and rising again, the raise never the same or in the same place, but cycling in a four, slightly too complex to read on the fly, but repetative enough to tug your feet into the dance. The bass whacked the ground with the drum following the baritone as it started each flurry while the tenor played seperated off-tuned notes ontop, but it was gravy in this type of music, a thing to further in the feel. The tempo greater than Johnny's and the flurries and odd plays made a more crazed atmosphere for the party goers. A more experimental rock sound, with certain electronica influences from her personal preferances, but really, just a great piece of dance rock. She quickly moved the mic to her mouth, "how about we make this a three way?"

--------------------------

The sounds from the party where those of elation as the amazing sound battle was about to unfold, not a foot in the crowd could stop itself with atleast on of the sounds on offer; it was about to get fun, but fun was the last thing on one woman's mind. Her foot finally landed on the docks, her faced wrapped while her hand found from inside her robe a piece of paper, a mark from the world government; the mark of the five knights. Lyuri had arrived, and as soon as she found a body things would turn even more interesting, even if the screams where less likely to be of joy, and more of terror. But first, she had buisness.

Saru looked at the young lady greeting him and said "Oh my, I'm so very sorry, I seem to not remember who you are. No my company isn't here right now, she's out on the dance floor having more fun than I am this moment." He then looked at the crowd spotting his girlfriend, it was his day off and he wasn't having any fun. He chuckled and said "Well, pardon me, I'm going to go dance" He walked by them as he stepped into the dance floor to dance with the woman he loved.

-----------------------------

Sakotsu saw as the woman pushed out of his arms and back into the other man's once more. Then she pushed out of his, even quicker than before, and landed back on himself. He just chuckled to himself as his pleasant smile was displayed. The other man on the other hand was displaying a terrible face, it seemed as though horns were growing out of his head. Oh! Those are real horns! Sakotsu just stared at the guy then looked at Roll and said

"Well, I suppose you're gonna have to tell the winner your name, huh? Mine's Sakotsu, might as well tell me yours now." He smiled at her as the harry man in front of him began creating some kind of traction with his hooves and the ground.

-----------------------------

Henry was now walking around woman less and just enjoying the night breeze and the beauty which is the reflection of light's on the night water. He noticed some small child, it seemed, coming on to shore. HE wondered who it was and why she would be traveling alone, but "what could go wrong in this perfect night?" is what he thought.

-----------------------------

Jimi accepted this challenge to a sound battle from the two sound masters, the worst that can happen is he becomes world widely famous losing against a DJ. At least, he would have played a killer song.

Jimi's turn had come, he held his guitar with a firm grip, an effect caused by his nerves. He looked at the large crowd in front of him, and he just couldn't decide what to play, it had been a very large discussion in his mind. Finally out of no where, his song came to mind.

All Along The Watchtower - Jimi Hendrix

"There must be some kind of way out of here
Said the joker to the thief
Theres too much confusion
I cant get no relief
Businessman they drink my wine
Plow men dig my earth
None will level on the line
Nobody of it is worth
Hey hey

No reason to get excited
The thief he kindly spoke
There are many here among us
Who feel that life is but a joke but uh
But you and I weve been through that
And this is not our fate
So let us not talk falsely now
The hours getting late
Hey

Hey

All along the watchtower
Princes kept the view
While all the women came and went
Bare-foot servants to, but huh
Outside in the cold distance
A wild cat did growl
Two riders were approachin
And the wind began to howl
Hey
Oh
All along the watchtower
Hear you sing around the watch
Gotta beware gotta beware I will
Yeah
Ooh baby
All along the watchtower"

Jimi then finished, sweating and breathing heavily. He just looked up at the crowd and then DJ Frequency to see what would happen.

Alex danced with some of the weirdest moves to All Along The Watchtower. Though now that the song was over he felt hungry and started running through the crowed to find a place to eat. He broke down the door to the bar that happened to have Sak, Owen, and Koske in it. He ran up to the bar tender with big eyes and then fell to the ground. He now was on the ground snoring with a big smile on his face.

------------------------------------------------------------

Vice Admiral William just stared at Jefferson. The room was silent for a moment as Will took a seat. Will was eyeing Jefferson’s desk until he saw his name plate. “Jefferson, I hope you will cooperate with me on this.” Will paused, but made sure he started talking again before Jefferson got a chance to respond. “I need you to move all your troops to the docks. Once the party is over you will arrest all pirates possible, if they resist just shoot them. We have to make this as quickly as possible… In about three hours a marine jail boat will appear to the east that you will load the prisoners on to. If you see any bounty heads just try to kill them, you will have no way to retain them for long if they are caught so just kill them immediately. Last thing is tell you men to not go towards the interior of the island, that’s where I will be. I hope you can handle this, because if you do you will be promoted.” Will now just looked into Jefferson’s eyes waiting for a reply.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Xondo was now in his hammock, but couldn’t sleep. The music from the party was giving him a head ache. “Jeez…” He muttered as he got up, threw his sword over his shoulder, and left the small room. He headed for the weight room hoping he could improve his skills.
