It saddens me to hear that Nocturnals has disbanded. I've had some of my best moments with them, especially pre-TBC. But as I know Kaluma very well, I'm sure there was no other option than let the guild die. Kaluma wouldn't have given up this guild if it wasn't meant to be. RIP Nocturnal spirit. :'(
