I pull out charmander and then begin to chuckle and pull out palkia, saying watch out he's mine and if you want to tease me deal with him. Charmander your up for now.

Oh right. According to the rules, you shouldn't such a strong pokemon, especuially if its a legendary. Sorry, but thats how it works.
Also, aren't you going to make the first move? As the gymleader, it is my courtesy to allow this advantage.

I'm not using him just making him intimidate him lol.
Charmander use a scratch attack then once your close use a flamethrower on him.

Sneasel easily countered using Fake Out, blinding Charmander with extreme speed and and slashed its throat, making it flinch. Then it used Taunt, to ensure you wouldn't do any moves to increase your strength, or lower's Sneasel's strength.  Diablo's Charmander 98% Seth's Sneasel |

alright I know rocks hurt ice so, rockslide charmander then use you all famous fire blast on this slasher.

Rock Slide hit, causing great damage to Sneasel. Sneasel managed to dodge Fire Blast, leaving Charmander tired and suffered small recoil damage. Sneasel took tihs oppurtunity o attack, and used Scratch, and began jabbing Charmander with its sharp claws and even scored a critical hit. Charmander managed to hold on, and dodged the never-ending jabbing, but still was under fatigue due to Fire Blast. Charmander 91% Sneasel 93% |

Charmander fall down and trip sneasel and then recover and use a flame thrower to catch it off guard.

Sneasel jumped high and blasted Charmander with a Ice Beam, freezing its entire body. With Charmander frozen, it couldn't perform your commands. Charmander 87% FROZEN Sneasel 93% |

Charmander just stood there, frozen solid. Sneasel started jabbing once more with scratch, and even as a little prank scraped some ice off to form words.
Once it was done, it said I PWN YOU. Wow, who knew Sneasel could write?

Now he's mocking you charmander, flare blitz, everytime I say that I notice you go u pin flames so maybe being frozen mocked and in pain you can pull this off

The fire move was powerful, so it managed to break free from its frozen state. It charged at Sneasel doing major damage to both of them, tohugh Sneasel suffered much more due to its weakness. Sneasel 76% Charmander 78% |

Charmander I know your tired but remember how we caught absol?? Rockslide and then mend the rocks together with another flare blitz, this is it now show him what its like to feel claustrophobic
