Dislikes: Sunny days, books/papers with too many words, complicated words, meat, fire (on him), and axes.

Personality: This young Treeman is one of those people who believes everyone needs a hug unless they are a person that needed to be destroyed (Mister Toad is the judge of that). Though otherwise he is laid back and under the illusion that he must make “wise” sayings during any silent moment. In conversations, he uses the word “buddy” a lot to address people, even the teachers and lifeless objects. Also, most of what he says is confusing babble that seems completely random, but he does make sense occasionally. Curry actually likes to talk though so he normally strikes up a conversation with pretty much anybody and anything.

When he’s alone, he doesn’t actually do much other then drink, breathe in some contaminated air, and sleep. The only subjects he bothers studying for would be Herbology and Poisons, but he can’t actually remember much due to damaged brain cells. Curry is also quite the flirt sometimes, but he flirts with anything that he thinks is a pretty. He may even mistake some weird looking fish as a tall pretty figure. Though, once he finds out the truth, he will just say sorry and give the person, creature, or object a hug. Also, since he is normally drugged twenty-four/seven, he is prone to rage attacks when being knocked down or roughly shaken.

Appearance: Curry looks like a large oak tree wrapped in a blood red piece of clothe with loose sleeves. He has a large dark brown trunk and branches for arms. His “hair” is actually a bunch of green leaves when it is spring and summer, though gradually turns from yellow to red in autumn and fall off in the wintertime. Also, his roots are quite long so people would often trip over them unless they are aware of his presence. As for his face, Curry could be consider young looking for a tree as old age hasn’t hit him yet, but will reach him a lot faster then it would normally. Honestly, he looks almost eerie. If Curry was not wearing his school robes, he would wear absolutely nothing.

History: Young Curry was born in a field of oak trees called the Oakley Field. Around him were not only his fellow Treemen, but also normal oak trees. They were living peacefully until the carpenters came. These carpenters began to chop down each tree a few at a time to build new houses for the nearby town, but this made the Treemen furious so the Treemen began to fight back! Unfortunately, the Treemen failed and many were also chopped into planks of wood. Among the survivors was Curry, who was still quite young at the time. Sadly, all those who could teach him the ways of the Treemen were far from him, and he had chosen to remain in his spot for he had nowhere else to go.

Sometime later, a 17-year-old drug addict hobo happened to take a nap nearby Curry. Still a young and impressionable Treeman, Curry decided to talk to him and was taught the hobo’s way of life. Many years passed and the hobo died due to a drug overdose, but his last request was for Curry to find the meaning of life! So Curry set out on a journey and reach a pond wear many toads and other amphibious creatures inhabited. Being quite high at the time, Curry thought one of the toads had spoke to him. He asked the toad if he knew the meaning of life, and the toad “told” him what he knew. It here that Curry named him Mister Toad and believed him to be the wisest of all those that walked the earth so he listened the what Mister Toad had to say next. In Curry’s mind, he heard Mister Toad speak of The Dance and that he must find the castle that will teach him The Dance for it was what made this different from that! So off Curry went, bringing Mister Toad along with him, and he stumbled upon a village speaking of Nightmare Academy. Except Curry heard differently and believed it was the place that would teach him The Dance. Curry then traveled there and was somehow accepted, though even after all these years, he still believed there was a class that taught The Dance so he would normally say it was one of his favorite classes.

Pet: An averaged size brown toad named Mister Toad that Curry believes is the wisest being on the planet. Whatever Mister Toad tells him, he will believe when in reality Mister Toad knows nothing as far as anyone else can tell since he can only croak like any other toad.
