Personality: London’s personality shifts as the moon does in eyes of mortals. One major part of his personality is emotions. Often very moody, he can be bright and horrifically chipper at one moment and then downcast and sarcastic the next. Socially he is no social butterfly. He doesn’t like talking to anyone a thousand years younger than him because he considers them stupid and not worth providing knowledge for. But he has a certain tolerance for teachers for he doesn’t want to get into too much trouble.

When alone, London often falls into deep sleep in the day and at night he often tries to escape the confines of Nightmare Academy to hunt and to bathe in the light of his former home. He has a great dislike of company and when he doesn’t have to do anything he often sleeps or runs around away from buildings.

London is a very intelligent guy due to the many things he had seen in his lifetime up in the moon. In fact, in his current body, he seems too smart to be true. He is kind to those he sees fit for his kindness and cautious to almost everyone. Unlike popular belief, London is not weak-willed but rather strong-willed and only obeys the authorities because he knows it is the best way to survive upon the realm of mortals.

But he has a tendency to be moody and have personality shifts every day. So he is highly unpredictable and very easily angered. When angered he often just goes somewhere where there is peace and brood. But if his pride is hurt, he will lash out maliciously like the demon he is. London hates company unless it is company of someone like Master Vlad who is the same age as him. And he cannot stand too much bragging about abilities. He would rather show than talk about them.

Appearance: London has two appearances. One is the human one and the other is the demon one that only blooms completely in blue moons.

As a human, London is in the body of a young beautiful boy. His lavender tresses flow past the waist and is tied by a blue ribbon into a pony-tail. His bangs never reach his cold, dead eyes. Though he can see, London’s milky blue eyes are always blank and seemingly unseeing. It is as if he sees through some other way. His skin is pale, but not lifeless pale. London is of a skinny and willowy build. He is only 5ft 5in in height.

London’s school robes are tight midnight blue ones that do not billow at all. They are collar high and there is a white cape that goes with it with silver and dark blue buckles to hold it in place.

His casual wear is a tight midnight blue outfit with a brown belt that hands loosely from his narrow hips. London also wears velvet gloves that go only slightly past the wrists. Over the outfit is a long extravagant white cloak with dark blue velvet buckles that are outlined gold and have silver buttons. The buckles go around once over the cloak just below the shoulders. His dark violet boots reach up to his shins and they are velvet.

As the moon demon, his hair changes snowy white and the ribbon vanishes from his hair. Cold dead eyes gleam and change into pure silver. He grows steadily taller until he is seven feet in height and his canines lengthen till they overlap his lower lip. Crooked silver horns sprout from his head and his skin becomes tanned. Finger nails grow a couple of inches and turn midnight blue. His body also becomes muscular and his face has mutated into the face of a grinning madman in his early thirties. His outfit changes along with him and turns into a cloak of silver that is ripped. A pearly white sash is wrapped around his waist to stop the cloak from falling off, but due to the rip, it makes a dramatic ‘v’ that reveals his strong upper body. For pants he wears ripped midnight blue jeans and he doesn’t have any shoes.

But that is only when there is a blue moon. In normal moons, London’s hair turns white and horns protrude through his white tresses with the moon shines against the darkness of the night. And he is much stronger in those days than as a full human in day or the new moon.

History:
Many millennia ago, a demon of the moon was born to watch over the planet earth. His name was London for he was born while the moon glowed brightest against the city of London. For many years he controlled the tides and the amount of light one was to get. However, his demonic self got the better of him and he often abandoned his post to go down to earth and torment anyone he saw.

This continued for three millennia for no one could stop him. But one day the wizards of Nightmare caught him. They fought against London until the moon demon was outnumbered. Master Vlad took it to himself to seal the demon’s fate and destroyed London’s deity relic and cast him out.

London, defeated and dying fled to the Neutral Grounds and entered the womb of a human. And that was merely fifteen years ago. When he was born once more, he was given the name Qamra Artemis Bade. For thirteen years he kept himself well hidden and disguised. Whenever the moon came or when the blue moon appeared, he would take care to vanish. Even when he was a baby he did this. But then when he turned thirteen, his “parents” found out his true identity when he transformed under the Bade household. Quickly he fled into the mountains with a trunk of luggage and money and hid there.

As he was hiding, an eagle’s skeleton arrived and gave him a letter telling he was accepted into Nightmare Academy. London was reluctant at first, but decided to go anyway. When he did, the first person he encountered was Master Vlad. The vampire then handed him his magical item which was to keep his transformations under control. There was open hostility between the two during London’s first year, but the hostility started to fade when Master Vlad took him under his wing for the summer and taught him a little more about things he had to know and how to keep his identity a secret.

Pet: London’s pet is a dove named moonstone. He forged the creature to assist him in the realm of Nightmare. It usually only delivers messages, but when it isn’t delivering messages, London imparts his knowledge to it so that it can survive better and communicate with him.
