Not a bad place to look for some nice RPG's of any kind and even some RPG resource sites. Pen & paper, email, posting, anything.

If you have an RPG, then you could submit it if you want to but only if you own it.

Yes it is. I have thought about making an RPG on a free website, but didn't because of the danger of viruses and worms and stuff.
