Section 1: Length
Elections (when people may change other parties etc.) may last for three days.

Section 2: Term
The time between an election ending and election beginning must be no more than 5 months exactly.

Section 3: Campaign
The Sovereign must annoucne a general election 10 days before it begins. These 10 days shall be known as the campaign time.

Section 4: Policy promotion
During the campaign time, parties may take as much time in releasing their policies, but must have all their policies published in speeches or in their party forums etc etc by midnight on the last night of the campaign.

Section 5: Deciding
Only the Soveriegn has the power to call an election. The Soveriegn 'should' work on the advice of the Prime Minister. If the Soveriegn refuses, the Prime Minister may hold a vote in the House of Commons (that does not have to have the acceptance of the House of Lords); if the Commons supports the Prime Minister by a overall majority of 15%, and the turnout is above 50%, then Soveriegn 'must' act on the Prime Minister's advice for that perticular election.
