HEALTH
- Waiting lists shall be cut by a lash in red tape and more shospitals, getting patients seen quicker. - Private sector shall ne encouraged greatly and all patienst waiting more than 20 weeks will have to go private. EDUCATION - Higher education shall be increased by 6 more universities with the capacity (each) of 500 students. - Education shall be increased by £429bn. ECONOMY - Income tax shall be decreased by 1%, and so shall be at 39% for all. - Public spending shall be decreased by 1.5%. BUSINESS & EMPLOYMENT - Trade Unions shall have stricter rules. - Employment shall increase by atleast 400,000 in five months. HOME AFFAIRS - Immigration shall hav minimal allowance. - Policing shall get a boost of £1.2bn. TRANSPORT & ENVIRONMENT - One new runway and one new terminal shall be built at St. Joseph International. - Multi-national rail program linking St. George to other countries. FOREIGN & DEFENCE - Conscription sha;;e end gently, with the military being laid off in four stages over five months. CONSTITUTION - Clementi shall not have devolved government but a country mayor shall represent them. - A general election must take place once every five months. -------------------- Rght Hon. I would like to know a bit more about our foreign policy Grace, as Foriegn Secretary I am left a little scarce. But apart from this I am pleased with this bill and I hope that we can carry it out in a speedy and effective way.
