As far as I know, this is 100% real.

Differences:
-Klaymen has eyes (duh) and is apparently now a child.
-He has a dog-like sidekick named Purpee. (Klaydog?)
-The Neverhood now has a Jungle section called the Junglehood
-Klogg is now green!?
-Instead of Skullmonkeys, Klogg controls beings called Moosts, which seem to be giant mouse-like creatures.
-Willie has a pet snake
-Willie lives in a treehouse in the Junglehood portion of the Neverhood
-Willie's family also lives in the Junglehood
-Hoborg now created Willie, so Willie is now Klaymen's brother (bye bye Ottoborg ;-; ). However Willie is still a hoophead.
-Hoborg now has a "workshop" in his castle where he creates beings.
-Klogg turns good at the end.
-Bil is not revived at the end; instead, Klogg, Klaymen and Willie go on a journey to find him.

Similiarities:
-Willie seems to be the same design-wise.
-Hoborg seems to be the same design-wise.
-Hoborg is still creator/ruler of the Neverhood, however, he is separated from his kingdom, so the Neverhoodians believe he is just a myth. Why? Because Klogg stole his crown! :)
-Hoborg still lives in a big castle.
-Klaymen still fights a Weasel, and the Weasel seems the same.
-Big Robot Bil is still there, however, he is some kind of folk hero, described in children's stories.
-Bil still has a Good/Bad Switch, and Klaymen still changes it to Good!
-Klogg still has a Evil Engine #9, however, here it's called Robot Hecto 9. Possibly a Clockwork Beast replacement? Robot Hecto 9 has a Good/Bad Switch like Bil.
-Bil still dies in pretty much the same way. However Willie immediately lives.

I'm still not even sure if this is the real script or not. My logic side is nagging at me to think rationally and take it as a fake.

But that intro picture looks EXTREMELY convincing.

I'm convinced by the picture and the tiny print on each page that says "A Frederator Studios Production", since we know that's where the movie was licensed.

It's so typical. A kid makes a mess and then saves everyone by turning them to normal. A new/old world is (re)discovered. The bad guy turns good in the end.
It should be more original I guess.

And that picture is so weird. Klaymen looks retarded. He isn't cute, he isn't wacky. He doesn't even resemble the design from the game.
I just hope Klogg or Willie won't be so messed up.

Could be a hoax. A hoax put on by someone who's very deep into the fandom. 'Cause...just look. I don't think the sheepies were ever called Fwasheep 'cept by the fandom(could be wrong). When the kiddos start eating the checker pieces...heh, makes me think whoever wrote this thing read Doo's old stories. (Remember when she ate the game pieces?) The cover art is pretty convincing lighting-wise but Klaymen just looks...wrong. He's ugly. Would Doug do that to our wonderful Klayperson?? :< It's possible that it's just a filler picture and he hasn't come up with a final design yet, though... Just because it says "Fredrator" on it doesn't make it official- someone could have stuck that on there. I'm pretty sure it's common knowledge among NH fans that Fredrator is supposedly working on this.

But. I'm kinda proud of myself. When I translated a story from Doo's site which said what happened after Klaymen put the crown on, and had an alive Willie on the Hood, I came up with the exact same excuse as... um, Doug, I suppose, did. I had Big Robot Bil throw Willie back to the Hood! ^=^

I'll buy it, actually. Doug said that the promo script image was 'Klaymen fighting a monster' and this fits the bill. It also looks like his handiwork.

I... don't think I can like Klogg being green... he sounds more changed than Klaymen. And I REALLY can't like if he ends up good. That's redesigned everything about him. > <; Crap.

I don't think someone would go through making an elaborate hoax for a film only a handful of people know exist. But this may be our only chance to see the content, depending on what happens.

I'll skim it but otherwise... I don't think I want to know too much.

I'm kind of relieved having his color changed is the only thing that seems to be different. It could've been WAY worse.
I can't decide how I feel about Klogg's situation in the good/evil bit. I like that he's alive... but I want him to be evil!

Honestly, I'll be really excited if this is actually the new plot for the film [and like others have said, the movie poster-lookin' image at the top is pretty darn convincing]; but it worries me if it is, because with a leak this big, I fear only bad things will result from it [Legal issues arising, ETC.].
I'm hoping if it IS truly the script, that this might only be one of the very first drafts he sent in to Frederator studio's, and that it might have gotten some fine tuning since then.
[Thus they didn't care if it leaked?]
I'm not saying I don't like the story [which I actually do like], but it'l disappoint me if I see the movie and know everything that happens :cry:

I think around it is not fairly! Disguising and the resignation from the characters they in the game fantastically are invented and they are very original .__. I thought Otto will appear in the film very much he deserved it :cry: ......at least won't change his charming face

Like Wiirdo and the others have said, this "script" is probably just a rough beta draft, since it's more like a summary anyway (there's no dialogue). Obviously there are some differences between the first script that was posted here and these sketches,my guess is that these were draw before that script was written.
Klaymen looks much different that the one we see on the 'movie poster' image seen on the script, so if something doesn't look right it might not look that way once they take it to the final version.HOPEFULLY KLOGG WILL STILL LOOK THAT AWESOME THOUGH~

Well, actually, I kinda doubt that... It's just digital copies of Doug's initial ideas that he made way back as guidelines. There's probably more too (since these seem to come from wildly different areas of development). The sketches were posted like 3 months ago.

If anything the fact that they're made available could mean the chance of it happening is low, so it can be released, or that the product has massively changes since then so the initial ideas no longer apply.

It's still not in production as far as I know.

And another thing, it seems that all the 'new' designs are based more off of the beta designs for the game. Maybe this is what Doug actually wanted the characters to look like in the first place?

And this shows what Doug likes the most about the Neverhood.
- The wall. It IS in the original Neverhood, you know. Just have a look at it, it goes through the whole island, separating it into two parts. It's where the big mighty crack used to be before Klaymen pulled the pin. And there was no way to penetrate it, either.
- The Mulberry Bush. It's exactly the same (only there doesn't seem to be that liana-thing that goes around the trunk) and eating its berries has the same effect. I like the Mulberry Bush. ^=^
- Hoborg's castle. Okay, its design has changed a bit but it still has its own island, connected to the mainland with a bridge. It reminds me of Olympus.
- Willie's face. Except for the brows and nose (Hmph! Like klay-beings need a nose.) it's just as lovable as always.
- Weasels. Well, at least they are still there. >> *doesn't like weasels*
- Big Robot Bil. No comment. He's awesome and soothing. (Although it might be the fact that I've never tried to draw ho, therefore I don't know his design properly.)
- Hoborg. He even has the belt around his chest to seal the wound!
- Hecto 9. Obviously, Doug thinks 9 is badass.

And Hissy is SO gonna be my favourite character!

- Klaymen's design sucks. He looks like and idiot. Not like a goofy hero. He reminds old Klay only in one picture (that one in the middle).
- I like Purpee. Opening belly makes me giggle.
- As for Willie.. I don't know. He looks the same but something doesn't feel right about him.
- Klogg. Badass, but I will miss the old Kloggy we love to make fun off.
- Moost.. *shrug*
- Weasel looks scary, that's for sure. I hope the chase will be as much funny as that one from the game.
