There ya go.

They have about 100MB size. The files were cut via WinRAR. Just unpack when all are downloaded.
It contains IMAGE.cmd, IMAGE.img and IMAMGE.sub.
You can burn it on CD or use virtual drive programs. I use Daemon tools. And then you may emulate it.

The best program for emulation is ePSXe. It's free and easy to find. All you need is to download bios and plug-ins but they should be on the same sites where you download the main program.
The worst part is the configuration of video and sound options. Some plug-ins may not work properly or just need to be configured and it's better to download at least 3 random plugins for each section.

The symptoms of bad configuration:
1. Bad colours - Klaymen is all green and the rest is normal.
2. Disapearing platforms - suddenly you can't see what you're standing on.
3. Too fast - game is like 2 times faster.
4. Too slow - ya know
5. No sound, with music
6. No music, with sound
7. SILENCE
8. Too blurry
9. I SEE GIANT PIXELS!

And that's all what occured when I tried to configure the game. It took me a while to find the perfect image and sound.

For the keyboard configuration I have no tips. Use whatever fits you.

There are other programs but I don't know anything about them ^^;

--------- EDIT -----------

CONFIGURATION

I was bored and I thought that I should find the perfect configuration for the game. Thankfully it took me less time than when I had to do it for the first time ^^

Here are screenshots of what plugins I use and how I configure them:

BIOS
VIDEO
SOUND

it works on my comp just perfectly :]

You are the best! I lost my disc a long time ago (along with my PS1), so this will come in very handy indeed :D
