This complex houses medium and small places of residency, mostly housing and is lived in by the mediators and the underclass. It is rare you will see an elite in this area, as it also surrounds Denbeigh apartments.

Here is where the children up to the age of 16 live, until they leave school. Careworkers look after the children here, and all children are integrated, there are no exclusions between elite, underclass or mediators, as most children of this age have not chosen an alliance.

Drugs are not a thing of the past. This tends to be where dealing is done most, and funnily enough, one of the only things the elites and the underclass bond over, if they're into that kind of thing. The backstreets are not a nice place to be alone.
