GRAPHICS
AVATARS - 100x100 pixels
SIGS - 2 Banners, no more than 400 pixels in width and 200 pixels in height.
Other items such as blinkies are allowed, but please dont go overboard
If your sig is too big you will be PM'd by Admin to shorten it
