-A Ninjutsu technique incorporating the chakra control needed for both the tree climbing training and water walking training. With the type of chakra control needed for the tree climbing training, the ninja focuses a set amount of chakra into the palm of their hand. With the type of chakra control needed for the water walking training, the ninja continuously releases that set amount of chakra from the palm of their hand in the form of a constantly spinning ball.
The chaotic power of this spinning ball of chakra comes from the ninja's chakra rotation. A person's chakra rotation can be determined by the rotation of their hairline. If their hairline swirls to the right, they have a right rotation, and if it swirls to the left, they have a left rotation. With the Rasengan, the ninja focuses their chakra in the opposite direction of their chakra rotation, creating a disruption in the chakra flow, which is where the force of the Rasengan comes from. Focusing chakra to spin in every direction is the first level of this technique.
The second level of the Rasengan is power. This level of the technique forces the ninja to apply order to chaos to harness the power of this jutsu. By focusing their chakra into a single point on their palm, instead of their entire palm, they produce a stronger concentration of chakra to add to the maelstrom of their chakra flow. This creates the powerful outward force of the Rasengan, like a hurricane. Powerful, but uncontrollable, this is the second level of this technique.
The third level of the Rasengan is control. The ninja has to be able to use one hundred percent of their spinning chakra and one hundred percent of their powering chakra and keep them firmly within the palm of their hand, creating the small and controlled ball the Rasengan is typically seen as. In this state, the Rasengan becomes more focused and powerful, and as it meets friction, it becomes faster, creating even more power as the attack is in motion. Controlling the maelstrom of spinning and flowing chakra is the third step of this technique.

Enmu Bunshin (Haze Clone)

-This clone is created from a haze that lingers in the air. The clone will look exactly like the user without any mistake. The one thing that makes these clones different from the others, is that these cannot be hit. If one were to punch them, they would simply fall through it. They cannot be destroted unless the user wishes, or is hit. These take little chakra to create and are good for making an ambush.
Chakra Hikari no Jutsu (Chakra Light Technique)

-This jutsu allows the user to make a ball of chakra that produces light. Although it cant harm anyone its useful for when going in dark areas and good for letting your comrades know where you are if you get lost in a foggy place.
Genjutsu Kai (Genjutsu Release)

-A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses their chakra and screams "kai" or "release." They can perform it on themselves or on others. It will effectively ward off most Genjutsu, unless extremely powerful or when used in conjunction with an advanced bloodline. First performed by Hatake Kakashi, Maito Gai, Nara Shikamaru, and Haruno Sakura, most ninja's can use this technique.
Jishaku Hentai (Magent Formation)

-With this jutsu the user uses chakra to mold part of the Earth's magnetic field into a ball of chakra and magnetism. The user then fuses the ball into his palm, or palms. The user can then control small metal items and can bring them closer or push them farther away by reversing polarity. Shinobi can only create small amounts of this jutsu because once fused with the user it will affect the iron in their blood if they have too strong a magnetism. However, they can fuse the ball into metal objects, such as a metal puppet.
Flora Bunshin no Jutsu (Plant Clone)

-Creates a clone from nearby plants. Mainly used as a decoy. It is basically has the stength of 1/5th of the user because its made up of actual material. The Flora Bunshin can however be used in other variations. This clone is capable of attacking just as the Mizu Bunshins(Water Clone). Once they are hit, they will burst into a bunch of plant material. This can be used for some other jutsu.
Konoha Reppuu (Leaf Violent Wind)

-This is one of the basic TaiJutsu that Rock Lee knows. It is a very simple, yet effective technique, which can be used for anybody who comes charging with a direct attack. As with every other TaiJutsu, this technique requires no hand seals or chakra to be raised, so the ninja can perform it at once. Using his leg, the shinobi swipes the attacker's feet off the ground by moving his dominant leg across the opponent's feet, tripping him.
This movement creates somewhat of a wind, hence the name violent wind. This "wind" also sends the opponent careening away from the enemy in an akward position, and probably smashing into another object such as a tree. However, this isn't a Jutsu that can be used alone. It is a pretty obvious technique, which is where its only downside appears; it can be dodged easily, unless the enemy is careless or open for an attack. That means that first, the ninja has to either dodge the incoming attack and then perform it, or catch the enemy by surprise.
Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Flame Type: Powerful Fireball Technique)

-This Ninjutsu is a very powerful technique, and most Genins are not capable of performing it due to the large amount of chakra it uses. The user must first gather a large amount of chakra in his hand and mouth; this attack is pretty similar to a flamethrower. The mouth shoots out fire and one hand is placed just out of the lips to control it into one large fireball.
Just like any other elemental technique, animal hand seals are needed to perform it. This one here uses the tiger and horse seals. The only big drawback this attack has is that it slows down the caster, since he must stay still while he "spits" fire. This means an attack opening from another attacker.
Konoha Shuriken no Jutsu (Leaf Shuriken Technique)

-Using chakra to harden and sharpen a blade of grass or leaf (or similar foliage), a shinobi can make use of the environment around them to create makeshift weapons in an emergency. In this example, a blade of grass could be used like a senbon needle and the leaf could be used like a shuriken. They arent very sturdy though, and last only a few moments before losing their rigidness.
Clothes: Black leather shirt and blue baggy pants
Weapons: A sword. Since he hasnt gone on any missions yet, or gotten a Sensei, he dosent carry it with him and thus no one has seen it yet. He also carries some Kunai and Shurikens.
History: Sean was born to a Ninja family in a Ninja Village. His parents were ANBU in the village he was born in. They were weaker then most ANBU, but still deserved their ranks. They didnt have much time for Sean, so he was raised by a babysitter. It was on a day he was being babysat that his parents were killed and he vanished from his village forever.
Due to this, he unfortunately never knew his family, as Rogue Ninja attacked the village and killed his parents not even a year after he was born. The Rogues took him with them, and one of them raised him. The Rogue was a Father Figure to Sean, and he admired him. Sean wanted to become the strongest of all the rogues, so he started training himself to become a great Ninja. He learned quite a few of his Jutsu this way, and one day he heard about the Jutsu Rasengan, and he decided to learn it.
His Sensei/Father, the Rogue Ninja, laughed at him when Sean told him to teach him Rasengan, and said that there probably wasnt anyone in the world who knew that Jutsu, due to how difficult it was to learn it. Despite this, Sean tried and tried and tried to learn Rasengan, and amazed all of the Rogue Ninja as he actually began to learn it. They were amazed, of course, but they still made fun of the fact that his ball of Chakra was tiny and powerless, not to mention it always dissapeared after a minute or two.
One day Sean became so fed up with the Rogue Ninja always making fun of him, that he grabbed his tools, books, clothes, and basically all of his belongings, and abandoned them. He traveled long and far from their home, trying to find a new place to call home. He traveled through many towns, over mountains, and so on, until one day he came upon the Leaf Village. He begged and begged to be allowed to be a Genin, and after hearing his story(Minus the part about trying to learn Rasengan, he kept that secret), they agreed to let him stay and become a Ninja. Although, not many people trust Sean, as he used to be a Rogue Ninja, lots of them dont trust him, thinking he'll betray the village, but Sean dosent wont too; he owes the village a great debt for letting him call this place home.
Sample: Sean ran along. He could hear the Rogue Ninja coming. They hadnt liked the fact that he had abandoned them and chased after him. Sean screamed in frustration in his mind. They just wouldnt quit following him. It had been 4 weeks, you think they'd let hom go by now! He ran and ran and ran, but the sound of the Ninja following never quieted. Sean spotted a village up ahead and dashed into it. He knew the Rogue Ninja wouldnt follow him in, they were wanted. He heard them swearing as he headed towards it, and the sound of their running footsteps became louder and more quick. Sean's eyes widened as he realized what was going on; the rogue ninja were trying to catch him before he could make it into the village. He ran faster, but the rogues just sped up as well. Sean was pushing himself as hard as he could, but the rogues were as well. They were catching up. Sean almost yelled out in frustration, but held his tongue. He stopped moving, and the Rogue Ninja dashed right past him...Down the hillside stright into the village. They collided with the wall of a house and were knocked out. Instantly some people ran over to see if they were okay, only to realize they were wanted ninja. Not bothering to wonder why they had stupidly run right into a brick wall, they tied and gagged the Rogue ninja and sent word to the nearest Ninja village. Sean sat down on the hill to catch his breath and laugh his head off at the stupidity of his old comrades. He sighed and looked up at the clouds with a smile. He had a feeling things would just get better after this.
Previous RP: Well, I've been RPing on a Warriors(The book series about cats) RPG for a year and a half. Just recently I began joining more RPG sites. But unfortunately I dont have too much experience with RPG's like Naruto since I dont know much about the show. But I still love Naruto and I hope I become really good here. Anyways, back on topic: I've been RPing for a year or so, so thats my experience.
