200 years ago, the akatsuki were defeated and all the villages were brought to peace by the 6th hokage, Uzamaki Naruto. His leadership pursued on for another 25 years, but as everyone knows wherever there is good, there is evil. nce again,the sound village rose up against the peace.

The Sound rallied up the other smaller villages such as Rain and Grass. The formed the Kuro, or "Dark", Coalation. They were lead by a powerful dark ninja called Yokoshima Takai. He was said to have been born of a demon and a human. He swore to take down the larger villages and take the land for themselves. Naruto and the other villages would not stand for this, and formed the Ranpu, or "Light", Coalation. This was the start of the Great Shinobi War.

The war raged on for 10 years. Many ninja fell on both sides, and the terrain of the land changed with each battle. The Kuro Coalation was much stronger than the Ranpu thought, and about 4 years into the war, the Waterfall village was ransacked and lost to the Kuro.

It looked grim for the Ranpu, as Takai pushed his forces into the villages. Finally both sidesd were wearing thin, and Takai formed the rest of his shinobi to give one last strike that would cripple the Ranpu. Naruto knew this was his last chance to defeat them, so he gathered the best of his ninja to make one last stand. The two forces met in what is now called the Genjuu Mountains.

The battle was fierce and grand. Both sides faught with such force, it tore up the land. Naruto eventually found Takai, and he knew this was his only chance to end his terror. Naruto used all his power, but Takai showed a power that was never thought of. Naruto had only one chance left, to use the fox. With its imensce power, Naruto was able to defeat Takai. Thought the battle left Naruto on his death bed.

Not long after the battle, Naruto passed away, but now there was once again peace. With the end of the war, the Rain, Sound and Grass villages were decimated and were taken from the map. The next 100 years that folloed were in peace, the villages were rebuilding and training new ninja. It was prosperous. That was 65 years ago, now 200 years since Naruto became Hokage, the dark is slowley rising again. It is rummored that there are 3 decendents of Yokoshima Takai that carry his blooline. Whether they are good or evil is yet to be determined.
